huKSer Posted August 4, 2016 Share Posted August 4, 2016 Ingredients 1 pound boneless chicken - breast or thighs 1 ear of corn 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth 1 small can of diced green chilies 1 can northern white beans 1 package of white chicken chili mix Instructions Grill the chicken and corn. Get some good char on it. Cut the corn from the cob and dice the chicken into small pieces (1/2 inch or so). In a slow cooker mix all of the ingredients including the corn and chicken and cook for 2 hours (or longer) on low. If you want you can serve with whatever chili fixins you like. Sour cream, crushed tortilla chips (I might try the touch of lime ones), onions, cheese ... Quote Link to comment
