How dare you call yourself Husker fans? You guys are all acting like a bunch of baby's. How dare you critisize someone that you haven't walked a mile in their shoes...You should all be ashamed of yourself for the crap written on this bored. You wonder why the student section isn't what it used to be, and complain about their behavior during the Oklahoma game. WE AS HUSKER FANS are supposed to be the best fans in football. ACT LIKE IT. when i think of the worlds best fan I think about my mom. No matter what the family was going through (my brothres suicide, fathers death) or how busy she was with work she NEVER missed a football game in my 4 years of highschool. No matter how bad my Islanders and I were doing she was there. When we had our good years when EVERYONE else was there she was there with them, she was one of a few at times as well. But no matter what she was there cheering us on, no matter how bad the officiating , no matter how terrible the coach was, she was there and I never heard her complain about anything. Granted she may not be the most knowledgeable fan but some of you aren't either. I have the say skers u hit the nail on the head Im with u 110 percent. nice post!

Sorry guys, Cally's a loser, and there ain't no turn'n it around as long as he's here. A good high school head coach could come in with this talent and win more games.

I AGREE THAT EVERYONE JUST NEEDS TO STAND BEHIND THEIR TEAM AND JUST CALM DOWN A LITTLE BIT. I THINK THAT IT'S CRAZY THAT EVERYONE IS CALLING FOR THIS COACHES HEAD ALREADY! GRANTED HE WASN'T MY FIRST SELECTION FOR COACH BUT I THINK HE HAS DONE SOME POSITIVE THINGS FOR THE PROGRAM AS FAR AS GETTING US AWAY FROM THE OPTION WHICH WAS BECOMING OBSOLETE AND GETTING US INTO MODERN FOOTBALL. WE HAVE TO GIVE THE TEAM SOME TIME TO DEVELOP AND NOT CRITICIZE SO MUCH. BE PATIENT BIG RED FAITHFUL THE GLORY DAYS WILL COME BACK AND WE WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE ONCE AGAIN!!!
I have to agree with you 100 percent, could not say it better myself, lets get loud and support these kids because that what it is all about, I love husker football with a passion and will continue to support the program through the the thick and thin of it. This team needs us more than ever, I have had season tickets in my faimly for almost 40 years, and have been going to games since i was a kid, I look forward to going to husker games every year more than anything i do all year.
THER'S NO PLACE LIKE MEMORIAL STADIUM ON GAMEDAY. GOD BLESS THE HUSKERS.

I could picture you during the game sitting in your living room with Benard, cheering on Mizzoo so you could come on the message board and say how horrible this team is. where is the support FF.

I agree with Dave, I would like to see them ranked but not really concerned at the moment. Big red just needs to keep winning.

I think on defense i have to go with my boy Bo Ruud, he is going to be flyin around and Baylors qb is not mobile so Ruud should be head huntin a lot in the backfield.
As far as offense, I am going to go out on a limb and say that Nate Swift will have a good game, he may surprise everyone, I hope!!! GO BIG RED !!!!

Their QB is not mobile and if the O gets the ball moving it will be a blowout. This qb will be in trouble with the way are defense plays with intensity, and speed, this qb will have to be carried off the field after the game. Blackshirts are going to blow this qb up!! Mark it down.

I disagree that these coaches are gonna make this program great. The O worked well at times, and the Dline put pressure on the QB, other than that, this was a very average game from a coaching standpo I don't understand you formerfan, I thought this team played hard and I am dam proud of this football team, to go and say that these coaches are not gonna make this program great is just assinine. They have already made this program great in my mind. What a difference a year makes.

I think the one thing that is key to victory for Nebraska is defensive pass rush, if the D can put pressure on hodges I think everything else falls into place.

Terrell Reese, probably going to commit sometime soon says his visit was a 10 and is in the process of making his decision. I feel we have him locked up, he likes callahan and the offense. If he commits, it would be nice to have a tall wide reciever.

as far as iowa state, I think we can beat them but things are going to have to improve on offense in a hurry. Texas tech well that game I dont think we win that game, trust me I hope i am wrong, but tech has a good offense and i dont think our defense can stop them all game unless our offense puts together some drives. GBR!!!I have bad feelings about the Iowa State game and the Texas Tech game after that. Thankfully Baylor isn't too far down the road.
