1st real tough day, almost bought a can.

Third time I have tried to quit. Hard part is going to be once I am back out on the boat or in a tree stand. I could maybe try just after love making once a year isn't bad.

Quit cold turkey about 8 years ago...never did it again. You can do it.

Golf, after dinner, driving to work, shower and after "love making" were the hardest...well not after love making...that did not happen much.
