I like Hannity! I like the fact that he brings people in who disagree with him and I can see another point of view. He has brought in people who are very liberal like Bob Beckel and I can hear what the liberals really think on an issue not just what he says. There is a debate and I can decide which side has the better argument. Maddow just has uber liberals that get softball questions and laughing and giggling like they are in a pillow fight. I have only seen two republicans on her show, Michael Steele and McCain's daughter. Who do you watch and listen to for news? I actually liked the show better when it was Hannity and Colmes. But Colmes would never let anyone speak, he filibusters all the time. I hate that, one speaks then you listen and give the other person his turn. You don't like what they say you wait and respond

Context? Which occupy movement? Who is this person? Are they affiliated with the movement? Do you care? Or are you just seeing what you want to see? and he's doing it on a flag..not leaving it for others to clean up. It's obvious he's making a statement and not just dumping to dump...and it's not a common thing for these people to just take dumps on public property. That said...go ahead and arrest him if he's breaking a law.

Spin as much as you like, but encouraging people not to report a crime is wrong. That's true whether in Pennsylvania, California, or New York. As for keeping it private, if someone grabs your boob or butt, I suppose that's a woman's right. Just don't show up 20 years later at a press conference with Gloria Allred claiming that you have traumatized for the past 20 years and need to bring down someone's political career (or you need cash) to assuage your everlasting pain. Now, explain to us how not reporting rape at OWS gatherings (there have been rapes, haven't there?) is different from not reporting rapes at PSU? Now, if they were not referring to rape in the video, what were they referring to? Fondling? Isn't it strange how this movement is forcing women to re-think this whole rape "thingy"? If it happens to you in a tent in Zuccotti Park, it's no big deal. I was only commenting on the video. They never said don't report rape to police. I of course think if you witness a rape you should report it. However, I also know many victims of rape and even their family/friends don't report rape outside of OWS. How is it different from PSU? So that is a serious comparison of yours? Well the most obvious difference is PSU involved children.

They only said sexual assault not rape. You included rape in your post...so just clearing that up. I'll ignore the part about what is dif between this and PSU because its obvious the differences are huge...so I'll just go to the meat of the matter. Is it ok for them to no report sex assault to police if the victim doesn't want them to? I would say it's a case by case thing. If some guy grabs a girl's butt...boob...I'd say it's ok to keep it private if that is want the girl wants. Penetrating her or anything extreme would probably be different. Of course at a certain point you contact police and from the sound of these people they would agree.

FTR - Hamas said they'd go along w/ the "Saudi Plan" which calls for a 2 state solution...and is the same plan that virtually the entire world agrees w/ outside of Israel and the US. Govts that is...I'm pretty sure the majority of Americans agree w/ the Saudi Plan too.

In 2008 I was hoping that Obama would nationalize our failed banks. Back then i did not realize how much in the pocket of Wall Street he was, or the width of the problem. Now that it is 2011, I believe that we need to "internationalize" all the failed banks that have made bad loans. Actually it was his economic team that steered him away from this. Geitner big time. In fact Geitner and Summers pretty much took over in a way...they made it so everything went through them before it got to Obama and for Obama wanted to take over/down Citi Bank and told Geitner to make a plan to do it...and Geitner sat on it. I'm sure these things are why Obama finally got rid of these guys. That said...Obama could/should have done a better job of taking charge and not let those these happen AND he should have known going in that those guys were not the right people to have advising him. When did Obama get rid of Geitner? Correct, Geitner isn't one of "these guys". Summers and Rahm are though. I would very much like to see Geitner go though.

As I posted in the thread on "Confidence Men"....Sweden took over their banks during their crisis and then turned them back over when they were healthy. Kinda like how we are doing w/ GM and it worked in both cases. I don't care if it's a socialist concept or not...I'd rather have something that works than be stubborn for stubborn's sake....cutting my nose off to spite my face.

That's what the election committee and the courts said... I have no reason to doubt them. YOu don't doubt a liberal state finding in favor of a liberal politician. I hope you are that understanding whne it is a conservative who gets the benefit of the doubt. Liberal courts find for a liberal politician about some very fishy circumstances I for one am not that convinced. Come on JR...you're better than this. All you have is allegations that turned out to be nothing. Or do you have some evidence we don't know about? Or can you show how the courts or whoever ruled it was baseless were wrong? Have you done even a minimal amount of googling on this issue to see what really happened...or are you just going off of headlines and sound bytes? And I hope you hold libs as accountable to their accusations.
