Nice to have someone who can make field goals this year

Wandale out of the backfield reminds me of ameer. One quick cut and quickly gets north and south, runs low and hard. Love it

Been a while since the offense has been on the field. And the last time they were out was quick score. Let’s see if they can stay hot!

The looong drawn out mesh point on their zone read will result in a fumble eventually

Now we can play someone who might actually wrap up once in a while. No more throwing the upper body at ball carriers
Never mind

Ya'll, chill with the **** talk on Adrian; kid is a model citizen and has done nothing but try his best to help this program. Be better.
Also he drove the field the first drive agains Ohio St. lot of game left. Hope Luke keeps the offense churning though

I'll be shocked if Sallis ends up somewhere other than UNC, Kansas or Kentucky. Maybe Michigan with the way they have been recruiting the last couple of years.
Will be interesting to see

Sorry to burst your bubble...
Hah, I'll stop being greedy and just enjoy the fact that we just got our first 5 star ever. That's pretty darn cool, especially if Sallis doesn't choose Creighton

I know nothing about BB recruiting. But, I would think it's basically a "no chance" when we didn't even make his final list.
But....hey.....he's an 18 year old kid. So...who knows.
FYI....if Sallis would jump on board, that would move us to the 3rd best class in the nation.
That would be absolutely insane, and would lose my mind

I doubt it. This commitment already puts them one over the scholarship limit & the B1G only allows hoops teams to over sign by one.
I'm sure that with transfers their is always enough attrition that that wouldn't be an issue, I didn't know that rule with the Big 10 though... so pretty much thanks for ruining my hopes and dreams for this sports year.

In anyone's opinion, does this maybe make Sallis give us one last look? I know its a pipe dream, but oof... that would be crazy.

Turn the corner? Get us early or else? Or else what? More crappy play?
I made a thread calling this our super bowl because I felt we needed to come out today and play well, if not dominate, in all phases, and gain the confidence for Penn State next week.
We didn't and now we're looking down the barrel of 2-5 or worse.
This coaching question is something we haven't got right since Tom hung it up.
We showed no patience with Frank and fired him before we had a real plan and settled for Bill. Tom came in as AD and without a real national search went with his first instinct in Bo. Eichorst didn't like Bo but had no plan and so we settled for Mike
Mike was awful.
We didn't do a national search and went with our first instinct...Scott.
Until we do a deep dive and find a formula and hire the man who will make that formula happen, we are screwed.
This no plan or hire the first person you can think of BS has ended in disaster after disaster.
I would say this is somewhat true. Billy might have been okay had he attempted to have a good defense. But to your point I definitely don’t think he was the first choice. Probably should have stuck with Frank, as you implied.
Pelini was definitely the first choice for Tom, and I think most husker fans were in the same boat. I was definitely over Pelini by the end of it , but his win column, despite how bad some of his defenses became in the last 3 or 4 years, was no small accomplishment.
Mike was a disaster from the start. No argument there, Don’t think he was the first choice though.
The Frost hire I disagree with you. I don’t disagree that he was the first and only choice. However, nobody it their right mind would have not offered the job. He was by far the hottest name on the market, and had he not been offered the job we would probably be in the same boat, on this board talking about how absolutely ridiculous it is that Scott Frost isn’t our coach right now.- 3

It would be interesting to see what their stadium attendance would look like by the end of the year if there were actually fans in the stands. I'm assuming not many other programs continue to pack a stadium to watch poor football the way that Husker fans do.

Why does Wisconsin and any team that cancels for that matter, not have to be transparent about this? It's really no different than people asking the B1G to be transparent when they cancelled the season. They should have to PROVE it.
I believe the Big 10 is completely in favor of any reasoning not to play football this year. It's what they wanted all along, so as long as it helps their "I told you so" cause nobody will have to be transparent about anything.

If being shocked that he included Cooper in the post is castigating (to criticize or reprimand severely. to punish in order to correct.) then ok. However, to post shock that he posted is in no way (IMO) castigating. I could be wrong though as I often find/learn that I am.
Thanks for including the definition of this word as I truly had no idea what the what it meant, you are a true hero

Maybe we could have DK Metcalf come give a training on how to take angles?
And how to be freakishly fast

If the kid believes Hoiberg will get the train moving. Lincoln has the facilities and all the other sports like Football that can be a draw. If he is a football fan, he may want to be part of that sports club. Just saying that if Nebraska gets good and the basketball choice is equal. Then Lincoln wins with all the other things it has going for it.
I definitely hope you’re right! I’m tired of losing out on all the good in state kids.

The only problem I have the whole argument that he wants to stay close to home, that blue school in east Omaha.

You definitely aren't. You microwave your meals.
You also don't get to call your opinions facts. So enjoy thinking you're an awesome chef with that Kraft mac'n' cheese.
Kraft mac'n cheese is pretty good IMO. I'd take a Kraft mac'n cheese season. Lately its been Spaghetti-O's

Bad snap doesn’t allow him to read the defense. I saw what you saw though
