    What does that even mean? It means his DC, OC, and position coaches need to be seriously evaluated at the end of the season. As does the HC. It's HIS coaching staff. How can you NOT see this?

    We really don't have a lot of talent. We really don't. Not compared to the real players in college football. Look on the bench. Good...but not great. But yes...there is "better" talent on the bench as compared to the guys on the field. But it's still chitty.

    The blame goes to the HC who keeps hiring INEXPERIENCED coaches.

    And quite possibly no bowl game That would be a blessing. It would allow us to get an experienced staff to lead this team...and not a bunch of Youngstown Boys Club members.
