I honestly thought Newby was UCLA bound. Especially with all the offensive line recruiting they have done. Our coaches worked their ass of for this kid. I honestly think Coach Brown was the selling point. Being a RB in college, he is the guy to learn from. GBR!!!

  I thought so too. Mainly because UCLA is his home school, but also because of the depth at RB here and another RB already committed.

  Hercules, he needs to redshirt. We burned Cross' already. With that, Beck is going to have his hands full with trying to give 3 kids quality playing time. I hope he redshirts, just to give us that experience and depth for the long run. True to the Red, those were other reasons as well. I just hope we don't have to fight to give all these guys playing time to make them happy.
