Davis is probably enrolling early at Michigan.
Don't think he's jumping because of Walker.
-
Hot damn.
That would be an awesome trifecta for sure.
-
Get him. Need another top OL in case Matt doesn't commit
-
Consider them #1 then.
-
Word on the Street is that Strong has the Longhorns in the lead before a visit to Texas this weekend. Announcing shortly after that.
We're third behind Florida.
Third behind Florida and he's still committed to Michigan.
We have as much chance of landing him as Michigan keeping him and he enrolls in the Fall
-
It will be nice watching him slam a returner to the ground. Not a lot of 6'3 220# punters around.
-
Cal bound?
-
Don't see him leaving his state.
-
Just named Michigan a heavy lean.
Long ways to go.

Liked most of his visit but didn't like the cold weather.
Said unless something really crazy happens he'll sign with USC.
If he plans on playing at the next level he better get used to the cold.
December in Green Bay will be an eye opener.

Reese is the early enrollee. Davis is just taking visits. If Michigan gets Walker like most predict he might want to jump

Brother plays at UM.

This kid is going to be good.

Is POB the highest rated qb Riley has ever signed?
Yes.
Sean Mannion was his highest rated HS QB
Matt Moore was a highly rated JUCO (I think)
but neither were close to POB
-
Committed to Western Michigan. Wanted to have a chance to play. 3 major injuries in 4 HS years.

Who's the JUCO QB?
Andrew Ford?? Maybe. Former V Tech commit
Or
Trent Hosick
-
We need this guy

Destroyed his knee. offer was pulled
I guess I think if a school offers and a player verbals and then is injured, then I feel the school should honor the scholarship, as a medical anyway. Of course, the school would not have to pay for the medical bills as the kid is not even in school but if he cannot play, then provide the schooling anyway. He would not count toward the scholarship limits on the team of course as a med.
I think they did offer medical but then he can't play FB. (Or so I was made to believe) He wants to play somewhere

Wow. Didn't realize it's been since August that I updated this. Time flies. Someone can let me know if I've missed someone.
We got another WR but the priority list looks exactly like it did three months ago.
Priority:
DT - Not much that is known.
DE - Unfortunately the same as DT.
OT - We're in really good shape at OG but are in dire need of tackles.
WR - Two small burners. Need at least one big yet.
-----------------------------------------
My guess at the number for each position. Commits are capitalized in red - others are targets.
QB - 1 - PATRICK O'BRIEN
RB - 1-2 - TRE BRYANT, Kingston Davis
WR - 3-4 - JD SPIELMAN, DERRION GRIM, Roddrick Bryant, CJ Riley, Clyde Leflore-Chriss, Diondre Overton, Stephen Sullivan, Freddie Pinder
TE - 2 - JACK STOLL, Shaun Beyer
OT - 2-3 - Matt Farniok, Tremayne Anchrum, Alaric Jackson
OG/C - 2-3 - BRYAN BROKOP, JOHN RARIDON, BOE WILSON
DT - 2-3 -
DE - 2-3 - BEN STILLE, Mykelle McDaniel, Jordan Bonner (JUCO), Terrell Lucas
LB - 4-5 - QUAYSHON ALEXANDER, GREG SIMMONS, JoJo DOMANN, Isaiah Simmons, David Reese
CB - 2-3 - DICAPRIO BOOTLE, Maurice Chandler (JUCO), Lamar Jackson
S - 2-3 - MARQUEL DISMUKE, Eric Burrell, Nehemiah Augustus, Brandon Drayton, Markell Simmons (JUCO)
Current commits who probably won't sign - APHONSO THOMAS, WILLIAM JOHNSON (JUCO)
Is Johnson because of grades?

Recruiting predictions on 247 have starting to come in for Nebraska over the last few days. Seems like we're going to take him.
The night isn't over, Lincoln will be insane.Named us his leader.
That probably means that Nebraska and A. Thomas, the other RB commit, are going to part ways.
Been headed that way for some time.
I was wondering the same thing. I'm guessing A Thomas may not end up being a Husker.
I also read where George Hill, current OSU commit, wants to visit Nebraska. I believe he is listed as a running back but thought I read somewhere he might want to play DB.
Hill is not a OSU commit. MSU is his leader.

Harbaugh seems like the kind of coach that would steal POB just to hurt the Big Red. Frankly, the circumstances are ripe and perfect for us to lose him and emotionally I've honestly acknowledged that he is all but gone. After yesterdays blowout and performance along with what I've watched from the fan base this environment is toxic toward building anything positive.
Facts? Or Opinion?

M has Peters already. But Harbaugh would take 2 if the second was a stud.

He's signing his papers tomorrow and enrolling in January
Enis might be looking around and is considered a soft commit.
