  1. You can’t make the comments about the previous regime’s players to the media that Frost does. In fact you can’t even make that statement behind closed doors to the previous regime’s players. Who’s gonna play hard for someone that puts them down and degrates them constantly? They’ve quit on him

I think you're right I don't think they expected to be this bad and now they're just trying to get through the year. I just think it's sets a bad example for the young players in this team when they keep seeing the same dudes f#&%up during practices, warm ups and games and then get rewarded with playing time. Not sure how you build a winning culture that way.

I agree. They should’ve just rolled with the young guys from the beginning this year or at least after the Ohio State game. You’re never going to change the culture by keeping the rotten apples around and setting a bad example for the young and impressionable players. Plus for next year you’ve got to get these young guys the most experience they can possibly get. But at this point it’s too late, just preserve all the redshirts you can

  3. Does anybody like this kid’s defensive highlights more? He’s got the size and athleticism to where you could turn him into an OLB, ala former wide receiver and Husker commit and future first round pick Isaiah Simmons from Clemson. Reminds me a lot of him from a size and athletic standpoint. Just a thought...

I knew a coach of a local kid out of Springfield, MO that had a foursome set up by GA's on his Florida visit. He had some..... nice pictures on his phone from that trip.... He was the #1 HS player in the country the year he came out, if anybody wants to do their own research and find out who he was.

DGB... why am I not surprised lol

  5. The play caller Should put Mo in a position to succeed instead of running him into the line of scrimmage. He’s a player that needs space to be able to utilize his skill set.  Flex him out wide, put him on end arounds, isolate him on routes against linebackers and safeties, etc....

Give martinez and vedral equal reps with the first unit this week in practice. Martinez has all the physical tools but something is just wrong with the guy between the ears. Even if vedral cant do some of the things martinez used to do he has a good command of the offense something you cant always say about martinez.

I don’t think Martinez is playing next week...

Is there video of this somewhere.....in this thread? I didn't see it in the game broadcast but I also haven't read this whole thread. The initial discussion was nobody had seen it but apparently you have, so where is it?

This is why I like hockey. Somebody gets out of line and the players take care of it on the ice. I realize our players need to keep their cool but after you've been blatantly held quite a few times with no flag, it might be time to pop somebody in the mouth. Not saying it doesn't deserve a penalty but a game suspension by the league...yeah, I want to see what earned that.

No I haven’t seen that video anywhere in this thread yet. It’s on the Nebraska football show with Scott Frost where you can barely see it. I think they use a different tape than the game telecast for that show

Okay, I see your explanation now. Like I said originally, it's football, lots of not nice things happen out there. The whole sport has been pussified.

I agree. Not saying I didn’t like what he did lol!! We need more of that on the team anyway, just don’t get caught! Plus you never know what happened the play before to make him do that.

What has happened to this sport? It's football for Christ sake. There's going to be a punch thrown now and then. You take your 15 yard penalty and go back to work. Unless this was a Suh hand stomp or something like that, this is total pansy bullsh#t.

It way worse than a pansy hand stomp. If you’re an MMA fan basically he dove on him intentionally and then got side mount on the lineman and cracked with a short right hand to the jaw under the face mask

  10. If you watch the Nebraska Football Show with Scott Frost you can see the play where the incident took place in the first play they showed. It happens at the end of the play, Mo Barry gets hit by the OSU lineman and falls down.  Davis seeing this jumps onto the OSU lineman and then throws a huge right hand when the OSU player is down on his stomach. It’s hard to see ,but it was a big punch and honestly he’s lucky to get just a one game suspension. If they had seen it happen live then he would’ve been kicked out of the game and suspended this week too.

Oh my God who the hell cares?

It is a single tweet from a guy who was already committed to UO. And it was one tweet in the context of a much larger decision frame.

If he's not N, he's not N. Let's stop getting bent out of shape over decisions made by high school kids.

He paid for this visit on his own dime...

Just got back from Mile High watching Linn and Mcaffrey play for the title.

This QB we are getting is damn good. Scrambles, keeps his eyes downfield, has full command of the offense and team. Drops dimes into tight spots, and takes care of the ball. Reminds me a LOT of Adrian, actually.

Really excited to see him in the scarlet and cream.

I watched the game too. I agree on all points. He actually really reminds me a lot of Mackenzie Milton. Anyway I think he sticks at QB after AM leaves.
