Assuming no shenanigans, its a pretty logical choice for him. The way he talks about himself - he doesn't seem like a guy that would handle the bench too well. Snell potentially to the NFL next year - Kentucky RB position could be gift wrapped for Wandale. If I was a RB recruit watching Mo right now, I would have to assume I wouldn't be option A at RB for a couple of years.

I’d imagine 2 of  MW, Jones, Robinson would’ve been on the field at all times with Mills taking reps exclusively at RB for certain drives.

As much as I want to be encouraged by that. How many times have we seen tweets like this before- or they say I am going to shock the world. Then they commit to where 100% of the crystal balls predict.

This is the classic, oh crap they figured it out, now how do I get them to think maybe I'm not going there and then still go there. haha.

In all honesty, I don't think they've used the Duck-R a lot this year because of the lack of progress of Miles Jones and Lindsey's transfer. I think they had both slotted in that position, and Jones is taking longer to develop than they wanted, while Lindsey flaked out.

Look for Jones to have a bigger role vs Illinois, Michigan State & Iowa in that DUCK R role.

Is JD really playing the Duck-R?  He seems to be more of a straight WR and my impression of the Duck-R is a hybrid RB-WR.  I don't think we really have anyone one on the team playing that position but I would say Mo Washington is probably the closest.  I may not understand the position well though.

    IDK.

I was under the assumption that the DUCK R will be getting more carries... JD doesn't really get any.

That makes sense. Could also be the reason he did not visit for Bethune. If he does visit for that game he might have been all N.

Our bagman needs to get her to transfer here than. :)

Doesn't Amarts girl go somewhere else? It definitely plays a factor but is not the end all be all in my mind.

Funny since Dad was the one who said “he’s seen all he needs to see, no visits last weekend anywhere.” Also didn’t visit Purdue when it was planned.

Who knows what ends up happening.

Great work on the list. I love the options we have with Honas & Dixon in particular.

I personally think (read: hope) Jurgens is moved to center and is played in more than four games next year. But obviously, a lot's up in the air with all of that.

Jurgens is already redshirting this year, so next year he will be a RS FR. He can play in 0 games or 14 and will still be a RS SO the following year.

Interesting thought...Could've we technically redshirted Pickering?

How many games have we actually needed him to kick in?

We didn't need him in the Michigan or Bethune-Cookman game... Were there any other games where he had 0 or negative impacts? He doesn't do kickoff, so that would'nt have burned it.

(I'M NOT ADVOCATING THAT WE SHOULD HAVE RS HIM, JUST CURIOUS SINCE IT'S HINDSIGHT AND WE ARE 2-6.)

(Also, I'm not saying he is terrible.)

Dont think he realized it was a different STL.  I didn't even realize it until you mentioned it.

Oops. I thought it just said STL.

Geez, I guess maybe we should start with dominating STL, ILL first and then we can move on to finding a few commits from STL. ;)
