He's been pretty comparable at Oregon State to Bill Snyder at KState. He did quite a bit with little. I'm excited to see what he can do with a considerable upgrade in facilities and such.

Unlike Bielema, there's no way Riley isn't going to get a warm reception from Nebraska folks.

 

I'm seeing quite a bit of that "warm reception" on this board. Geez. The guy was just announced a couple of hours ago, and you would have thought we just hired Faux Pelini's cat.

He understands that recruiting is a year round deal, and not something you focus on from December to February.

So its confirmed Bielema will not take the job. Hopefully, this was just a decoy to take the heat off Tressel

If you believe the Tressel sightings that have been reported, Tressel must have declined the job if it hasn't been announced yet. It is starting to look like we are up the creek without a paddle. Maybe Cotton can be an interim head coach for 2015 with an eye toward finding a replacement for 2016?

Maybe Harbaugh declined Michigan, because he already has a job offer from elsewhere??
