  1. I'm afraid this was the best chance for a win in the remainder of the season and we're getting taken out behind the woodshed by Purdue.
  2. Third and six, throw into double coverage on a go route. I hate this staff.
  3. MR at halftime, "We need to run the ball more." Comes out, runs once and starts throwing
  4. Purdue's defense knows better than to even put someone on Lee on the fake zone read. It's a fake zone read because Lee isn't carrying!
  5. Langs set this up to throw 50 passes. Make the run game ineffective and then sling the ball around.
  6. The offense looks lost. The defense isn't even going through motions. On the play before the TD, the DE on the near side of the field, didn't even try to rush. This read and re-act shame, I mean scheme, is awful.
  7. Five guys trying to tackle one..and we still can't bring him down.
  8. Probably thinking about how to gouge out his other eye.
  9. I'm surprised Langs hasn't gone wishbone passing offense with double tights.
  10. This game looks more and more like a high school JV game on a Monday night.
  11. All time low? Having to run a QB sneak against Purdue in the first quarter at your own 35ish?
  12. Langs runs special teams too. Since we can't pass on punt return, it's just fair catches.
  13. They're running zone punt defense incase of a fake.
  14. It looked Lee took off running and then remembered a mobile quarterback isn't allowed in this system.
  15. Sure seem to be a lot more four down linemen sets early
  16. It's the Langsdorf way. Motion a TE with a FB to the side, slide the other WR to the other side and run to the side with the FB and TE. Every time.
  17. I think the goal of the "bend-don't-break" defense is to not give up the big play. However, 8 to 10 yard chunks are OK because they aren't the big play. Eventually, the offense will run out of field because of the back of the endzone and get confused...or something. So it kind of executed. Kind of.
  18. Langs has 'em right where he wants them. Pass every down.
  19. That was telltale of this "defense." Ball on the 14, rush 3, drop 8 into coverage. Bend? No. Broke.
