Previously I was referring to president Trump as "Emperor Trump" ever since he began establishing safe zones and Syria (single-handedly saving Western Civilization). With the firing of James Comey, it may be time to unveil a new title:

"High Emperor Trump"

If he can actually get his tax plan through, we'll have to add something else.

Trump is packing 25 hours of winning into a 24 hour day.

Trump isn't fit for the presidency. Bring on Pence and put his brand of Republican politics out there on full display -- along with the democratic resistance that I hope comes with it.

the corporations control our health care and force us to pay outrageous sums to the point it would be just as expensive to have a medical procedure done with no coverage at all so they tacked a penalty onto not having the coverage. pretty convenient for everyone playing pocket pool with eachothers wallets and laughing at us middle classers while they light their cubans with our measely 9-5 paychecks they tax the bejesus out of.

 

So...we are 60 days into what was supposed to be a 90 day ban. So...if my math is correct, we should only have 30 days left for Trump to figure out whatever he thought he needed to figure out.

Which is going to be another glorious round of questioning if Trump appeals. "If this 90-day ban was necessary, what have you been doing the last 90 days and what information have you gained?"

It's nice that we are all concerned with the relative and marginal tax burdens of the financially secure -- but again, priorities.

 

i never said nething about taxes. if obama wanted to force healthcare on everyone he should have ensured the bastards woulndt inflate the rates to the point its unafordable. and mixed bag is an interesting way of putting it. one year my return was a thousand back and the next it was a thousand in and nothing changed. mixed bag my fanny. it hurt the middle class in more than just taxes.

Below expectations but turning now. The recruiting class was good but we need to finish rated higher or we will never be able to keep up with Ohio State and Michigan to win the conference or be in the running to win the conference. For the class size we should have been able to get a few more higher rated players in it. To many came down to the wire and it ended up being why we almost werent in the top 25. Hopefully the rumors are true and now that this is basically Mike Rileys team we see what he and his staff can do. If we cant win more than 9 again this season Im going to be pretty unimpressed.

Please, someone talk me off the ledge on the DE front. This is a serious blow and it's not going to allow Nebraska to take the steps ahead that we want them to take. DE recruiting has held us back for a while and it has needed to get fixed for several cycles.

 

Unless JP pulls a rabbit out of a hat, this is going to be felt for a long time. And we can ill afford it.

This wouldnt be an issue if we won more games last year. Oregon did us no favors playing like crap against TCU in the bowl game, now nobody outside of Nebraska and Oregon want to see this game.

They better win more games then they lost last year thats for sure! Must win games are all of them after that crappy season
