Dale Jr. collects football helmets and I remember reading in an article that his fans have been sending them to him. Whomever the Husker fan was that sent it, good job! It's in a nice, prominent spot too!

Could be a gift from one of the many former Huskers to play for the Carolina Panthers too.

Ever been less excited about a Husker game than today

I don't know...I am pretty excited to play Texas. Hopefully, will be much better play by the huskers than the last few weeks. I know I am probably dreaming...........

..does anyone know how long we are under contract w/ ABC to keep the CU post Thanksgiving day as national coverage?? Seems to me if things don't turn around soon, we could lose this pivotal TV slot.

So......LSU is in his final cut....and if we get Bo.....maybe he could pull A. Brown to the Huskers????????????????

Callahan: Oh, I think it's probably too technical for you, but I think in the broad spectrum of adjustments, just playing the quarterback a little bit better on the zone read in terms of the front assignments... I don't want to get into coachspeak, but there were a lot of things in terms of front adjustments that you have to deal with. I think our coaches were dealing with that to the best of your ability.

Too Technical for you??????????????? If I was the reporter who asked that question, I may have had to throw something. More appropriately he should have said "What's an adjustment?"

I heard from Shawn Watsons assistant that he is lobbying for Gary Barnett in some capacity.

It's not 4:20 yet....but w/ a trolling statement like this, I think you may have fired one up a little early.

L-ville is also a big disappointment this year.

I dont think that there will be any more change until season end no matter how badly we play.

Its a shame that it seems the whole program has been put on hold so to speak.

I agree....but I would like to see a change sooner. I think letting Callahan (and others) go before the end of the season would be a win/win situation. If we do better without Callahan, it would look better to recruits and to fans. If we do poorly (as in like we have been playing) it can be chalked up to an already downward spiral.

And btw, I STILL say don't give up yet. Ok State is the most notorious choke team in college football. See the Texas games for the last few years..
