A good/great athlete is a lot different than a freak! And he had no DI offers, so others agree
He did have D1 offers though...

No that was Koster, unless Greisel got one too.
He also got offered by Furman, who was ranked at one point this year (I am NOT saying Nebraska should take him, we shouldn't)

If he is a freak athlete, why is he playing DII ball?

Freak athlete who will do well at a mid major. If we want another in stater for this class, we need to be looking at Lok Wur or John Tonje...

I think we will lose to Purdue and Ohio State but beat Wisconsin with them starting a true freshman (but very talented) qb in Lincoln. I struggle to find any more losses besides maybe Minnesota or Iowa?

Grant was extremely explosive. Don't know about an actual 4.1 as that was also a hand time but he is really fast
Yep. I think we can both agree Wandale is not a 4.2 guy

That was 4.22 by John Ross. That's the best in past 13 years.

oops! I got that number from a dude at texas tech's pro day.

It doesn't specify in the article so I'm going to assume that is a hand time. Laser he wouldn't run under a 4.3 I would think. 4.22 is the fastest time ever recorded at an NFL combine.
4.10 a couple of years ago by that Washington wideout

How about we just install turf into PBA? Sure, it may not be full sized but at least we can play the games!

Some could argue Marlon Lucky didn't quite pan out (he was good but not top 12 player in the country good)
I think from last years class, Tate Wildeman and Justin McGriff will absolutely exceed expectations in the long run.
From this years class, Garrett Nelson will be an absolute beast (barely a 3 star but has the best motor I've seen in a while) , as well as Bryce Benhart, even though he's a 4 star he could start at tackle right away next year, and probably will

Which is absolutely surprising, given how much vitriol our fans were spewing at him. Maybe they should learn to stay off twitter and let the coaches continue the recruiting game?
Absolutely agree

We have an in home with him Tuesday

But he’s a DB.
We need those too.
we would give him a hard look on both sides of the ball

Heard rumblings we are going after him hard. We need more electric playmakers at WR next year

Rumor has it this game (and the Minnesota home game) are going to be night games.

Nothing like Maryland handing it to Texas... again
