I really don't want to get into much personal detail, but I am involved in coaching high school and his twitter just gives me the vibe of the personality of team managers in high school. They aren't athletic but they sure as hell want to act like they know everything about the team. That's all I wish to share personally, but I had to make that analogy. Very interested though if we can track down the web source/profile for "this guy in Florida" and his quote.

Can you give us more info on the source of this quote? Who is "This guy in Florida" and/or what site was this pulled from? I'd like to get an understanding of what type of activity "this guy in Florida" posts. Is he usually spot on with his info? Also, I did check out this Ryan Bass tool and honestly he comes off as a homer. I really have to think he is not a reliable source of info. In my opinion, it looks like he desperately wants to come across as being this super cool guy who is in the know about everything.

Case in point why I refer to Benning as an a$$clown.

This is an amazing comment. I remember three years ago listening to Greg McElroy on Sirius radio preach "if you don't think Mike Riley is a great hire, you don't know football." Then when it was painfully obvious Riley was out of his element, McElroy starting preaching even more about how Riley is one of the greatest men in the game and any football player would be lucky to play for him. Then just last night I believe, he is on air on ESPN lobbying for Mike Leach to get our HC job. I swear the initiative of some of these so called "analysts" is down right destructive when you take a step back and really analyze what is being said. It's almost insulting. Listening to Mark Helfrich spew this same crap during the Penn State game was vomit inducing. Like - how out of touch are some of these former players and coaches?

12-1. Plus he went directly to another mid major before and went back to his average ways before Michigan thought something different would happen. I won't stop using career averages that are substantial b/c they tell a great story. It should have prevented the last three years from ever happening.
