I think fanatics get it backwards.
You don't want to follow Osborne - that's impossible.
You want to follow Frosty, that's an orchard of low hanging fruit.

PJ is killing it today.
Mel Tucker is sweating like he ate a handful of ghost peppers.

What I do to listen to games is use the TuneIn Radio app and listen to a Nebraska station such as KRVN or KGFW etc. That does the trick and aloooooooot more reliable.
I had to uninstall the Husker app because it was frustrating me too much.
Also as someone else mentioned I hope they fix Sports Nightly. It was so good before the media rights shakeup and the new format. I miss all the guys they got rid of.
The old crew was comfortable, and fun.
The new crew is unlistenable.

Does this mean they're going to fix sports nightly?

A) Deion could kill it here and is exactly what Nebraska needs. He's much more than just a celebrity. He's punching way above his weight at Jackson State.
I would rather float in the black abyss of failure.......for eternity.......than have to look at a grown a$$ middle aged man wearing a flat brim hat.

If you could buy championships Notre Dame would have a lot more championships.

Chins?
Eff that guy. We've been lied to.
They sold us a frat party, and called it a coaching staff the last 5 years.
The whole freaking s#!t show is going to be used for centuries to come in Organizational Behavior classes to illustrate the destruction by arrogance, and Stockholm syndrome.
Bernie Madeoff could take lessons from this crew.
Eff em all.

You do need some kind of evidence or else it is all gossip. The substantiation is coming from who… Radio personalities who are hearing things second (or third hand)? Could be some truth to it all, I’m just skeptical it was as bad as some are leading people to believe.
The allegations of being drunk in bars several times without anyone (ANYONE) having a picture/video runs contrary to common sense in today’s social media era. Again, I’m not saying he didn’t have faults, but suggest fans pump the brakes on adding fuel to the fire.
Jerry Jones can confirm

It really is amazing how 2 out of last 3 coaches at NU did all these horrible public things...but yet...not one picture.
Bigfoot should think about coaching at NU...no one would ever report seeing him again.
Big Foot saw me once.
Nobody believes him.

How do you get to a starting position on a big10 team and not instinctively know how to tackle ?
They've been playing football since they were 3ft tall.

Oh.
No bueno.

Do you think Moos could see this coming and that's why he left?
Didn't want to be a part of the s#!t show?

Dumpster fires are jobs you look for. Lots of low hanging fruit.
You wanna be the guy after Saban, or the guy after Frost?
-
Well it would be his ticket to say he's better than Saban, but he's old and rich.
I doubt he's got it in him.
-
Who is the Whittingham guy, and why is he on all the lists?
Didn't he get fired for losing at ND, and then get fired for losing at WA?

Interesting I haven't heard many players come out and publicly give their outcry of being upset at Frost being let go. Seems different than previous coaches of Pelini and Riley being let go. In both of those incidences players came out and showed their support for those coaches and expressed their disappointment. The only thing I've read is that the players were very happy to hear MJ was the interim head coach.
Nebraska very well could have lucked into a gem here with MJ. He is a great recruiter, the current players like him, he may be the perfect head coach type. Since he hasn't been an OC it could be easy for him to trust his coordinators and let OC's call the plays, DC's call the defense and he takes over the CEO role. He could find himself as the front runner to the HC job if he finds a couple wins and at the very least the team looks better than when Frost was running the show. I'm hopeful with MJ leading the program that October could be a fun month.
Exactly- well said.
The more you hear about mj the more you like him. Sounds like a leader of men.

I'm sure we'll be used by a few agents to secure raises, and extensions for their clients.
