  1. SF's legacy will be one of a narcissist who came into a P5 head coaching job, because he spent two years at a low level FBS school, where he was fortunate enough to have had an amazing QB and super easy schedule leading to an undefeated season.  Then Nebraska came calling.  His now even more inflated sense of self worth caused him to make bombastic claims about his new conference, even before his team took a snap.  Now here he is 5 years later sitting with twice as many losses than wins, no bowl games, a couple of NCAA investigations and penalties, and with his ego still making stupid mind numbing game time decisions, and all this from the highest paid coach in Nebraska history.  A legacy of a loser who if his name would have been anything other than Scott Frost, wouldn't still be coaching at Nebraska.

  2. At this point HCSF will do whatever is necessary to lose winnable games.  It's his M.O.  I was cautiously optimistic prior to the season, but at this point, after what I saw against an at best mediocre Northwestern squad, I'm not seeing more than a couple wins this season.  And if they happen to lose either of the next couple games, the wheels will have completely come off the cart and you'll see a lot of names hit the transfer portal which will force Trev to take drastic action.  Which to be honest, may be the best option to try and recover some portion of the season under an interim coach.  With Scott at the helm I see only 2 wins, and major drama.

We might be good in the Big 12 too. lol

Yeah we would.  Conference Series record of Big 10 vs Big 12 Regular Season is 52-48 or 52%.  In bowl games Big 10 vs. Big 12 is 16-18 or 47.1%. I'd be happy to be competitive against the Big 12 or anyone at this point.

  4. Back in the heyday of the 90's, other teams sent coaches here to see how Nebraska developed it's players.  Our strength and conditioning was top tier stuff, FSU, Florida and Wisconsin, being some of those schools.  Somewhere along the line, we lost that, so perhaps it's time we sent our coaches out and relearn what we've lost.  Or better yet bring in a coach who is already familiar with player development.  Dave Aranda went from 2-7 to 12-2, in one year and Matt Rhule went from 1-11 to 11-3 in two years.  That's development.

Either of these coaches would be able to bring enough in recruiting and be able to develop that talent to be competitive, and get back to winning games we should be winning, with the occasional highlight season.  Just my $.02
