  1. But Mizzou only lost by 8 to Texas. Or was this the "let-down theory"

  4. Is that site part of huskerboard. Where did you find that site?? Is there anything else on there?
  5. I doubt KST can recover from this. If NU gets up early we win big. Hopefully we can build from this game, especially the offense. The passes Joe hit today were WIDE open.
  6. He appeared serious, hopefully it will be good for the University when it airs
  7. In fact zero turnovers all together. Nebraska defense missed two interceptions or the score could have been worse.

  9. I'm not following you. I never said Callahan had a great recruiting class the first time around. Nor have I said what the quality of the class will be this year - for the simple reason no one is signed. What I said is that he will get three or four years, easily, provided he has highly ranked classes. If he doesn't, then I could see him out the door by the end of next season if we don't have a good year on the field in 2005 - or in that year's recruiting class. Rivals right noe has us in the top ten. We certainly have a great opportunity to get more highly "rated" payers. Although we all know that doesn't always turn in to great teams.
  10. Terrific Tom you amaze me everytime....I got you for poster of the week. AGAIN. Fast Eddie...Drip.....drip......drip......drip.....
  11. That's interesting that Scott would take an unofficial a month or two from his supposed official. Being from Georgia and all. Must have some money. If we can get any of these visits to commit that's a huge prize. There all top notch guys, especially Lucky
  12. Hey man cool stuff. So basically well get to KC by default??!! That's perfectly fine by me. KSU and Mizzou are the critical games. KSU more important. At least we get Mizzou at home
  13. What are the odds of him playing both though?? Many guys come in thinknig they can, but never follow through on it.
  14. Why do you say that?? I not sure he would even be considered the best defensive player we would get.
  15. Yeah but if his other leader is USC, which is stacked with players, I don't think the Huskers depth will scare him.
  16. Any update on this??? WIll he suit up on Saturday?
  17. Actually that does surprise me. You throw the damn game on at 6pm on TBS or something. Man this sucks.
  18. I don't know how many pro coaches will want to mess around with him. There are probally a few that would take the gamble. But young teams will probally shy away from him so that they don't have the distraction in the club house. There's alot worse freaks in the nfl now then richie. Richie will be a priest compared to some. I don't know if you have watched training camps but they have fights all the time and it really isn't a huge deal. Also, did you watch 60 mintues the other day with bill parcells? He said he's had players throw their jersey in his face, and others one's take swings at him. They stayed on the team and said it wasn't a big deal. Nfl is different compared to college. If they took a chance on LP, they'll take a chance on him.
  19. That could be. Don't you wish you were at practice some weeks? I would love to know what goes on in practice. Then maybe I wouldn't go into the games expecting to see quite as much, or at least I would realize why Bill calls the plays a certain way. Practice is pretty much like you have read in the newspapers. Very high tempo. Not as much instruction going on, more rep's than anything. Explain something really quick than do, do ,do. Which I feel is a good philosophy.
