  1. Demens has moved back his announcement, probably sometime after making his official visits.

Where did you see this? Seems like about the only thing I can find right now is scout saying he will decide on September 4th and rivals hasn't said anything new since their last article.

  2. He has taken an unofficial though hasn't he?

Yes he has taken an unoffical and rated it a 9.9 out of 10. But then unfortunately he did the same with Michigan and also rated them a 9.9 out of 10. I still think that its pretty even at this point with each place having something to benefit them. I just can't believe he would commit to Michigan State just because a fan started talking to him on facebook.

  3. Found this on another board:

"demens just said that he will announce his choice on the first day of school, though i don't know when that is. also said that michigan state is back in it because someone on facebook is talking to him a lot. so its between nebraska, michigan and michigan state. michigan is also recruiting him through facebook. he said that gabbert and the other nebraska recruits are still calling him a lot.

It appears as though his first day of school is September 4th.

  4. It sounds like they're finally teaching the corners to look for the ball and get their hands up. Personally, I think the secondary will improve solely because Shanle won't be back there. I can think back to a couple of plays that make me sick. Hopefully with some bigger hitters at the safety position those wideouts will be getting blown up right about the time the ball gets to them.

Shanle was definately a pain in the arse!!!!! He was so afraid to hit someone it made me sick!!!!

Can't wait for the first time we get to see Asante bend someone in half that tries to go over the middle.

  5. Shouldn't be too much longer before we hear that Keller is the starter. <_<

Will this most likely come in the first depth chart thats released game week? I hpoe its earlier but im not holding my breath.

I would be willing to bet that we won't hear who the starter is until they release the first offical depth chart on August 28th. But we all have a pretty good feeling on who we think its going to be. dedhoarse

  6. I would put it pretty close with Nebraska having a slight edge. Michigan will have one up because its close to him and his family. But Nebraska will have one up because of the great class that is coming together and that Jonas came here.

  7. There is a teaser over on scout.com on his Michigan visit, his favorite, his decision timeline, and more. Does anyone that has access to the article care to paraphrase (if allowed) to give some insight for us? Thanks

  8. Maybe he has asked each coach these questions already and he is just seeing if his stance with them has change. Maybe he is just trying to reaffirm the decision that he is going to make. Maybe he isn't doing this at all and its just a rumor that was started out there. What I'm getting at here is that only he knows whats going on and we could sit here all day and speculate if we wanted to.

  9. Man, I hope he's a Husker...it would be so disappointing if he weren't. Ah, well....the anticipation...

No doubt. After all of what we have been hearing about Nebraska being in the lead and how he loved his visit it would be very disappointing if he doesn't end up a Husker. But in hind site thats how things work sometimes. All we can do is wait and hope.

Edit: Does anyone know if a feed will be broadcast over the internet anywhere for a guy to watch? I just so happen to have Friday off.

  10. Found what I believe to be premium information on another board but I'll go ahead and sum it up since I can't post the article. Mods if this breaks any rules go ahead and take it down.

Basically Nebraska at this moment is his clear cut number one school. Sounds like he loves Callahan and Cosgrove. He also loved the facilities, tunnel walk, and academics. Lincoln is the exact type of enviroment he wants to be in; it's small, something that fits him. He rated the visit a 9.9 out of 10. He was tempted to commit during his visit but still held off. Even though he planned on committing later in the year he wouldn't be surprised if he committed earlier because he feels like Nebraska is the place for him.

Like I said from the format and response of others I believe this is comes from an article done by one of the premium information sites. But don't take my word for it as I'm only going on that I think it is.

  11. HuskerMan, every single bit of info you want is out there, if you really want to find it out.

People aren't open to spilling premium info out in the open, but alot will do it through PM and email, if you find one kind enough to do so.

Also, if you just research alot of boards (not just 1 or 2 either), you can find endless amounts of info about recruits.

I don't have premium access to either site, but I just research many different sites, sift through the BS and post most of what I find back here.

Just gotta be willing to search for that info to get it.

I am willing to search and do alot. But it seems like the only boards or information I can seem to find are the ones that are not very helpful.

  12. Nope nothing yet.

he was supposed to leave town around 1 pm, but as of 2:30 he was still on his visit. that has to be a good sign

One would think so. Its killing me but I guess we will just have to wait longer to see.
