I think we will be playing in the Alamo bowl again....which we play rather well in so that might be a good thing.....BUT would anyone think it was a dissapointing season if we ended up playing in the same bowl as last year? would that be looked at like we didnt improve?

The guy is a beast but he isnt unstoppable and he surely wont beat us single handly....has has multiple games where hes been held under 50 yards so tho a tall order we can shut this guy down.

Franchonine hasnt beat Oklahome Nebraska or Texas i dont think any of these three games his teams will go un-prepared to win....

Unless we win the Big 12 Champ game....then were in the Fiesta

Our last Big 12 champ victory game in 99' which coincidently was against Texas and after we had lost to them earlier in the year in a GREAT game in Austin....Heres to hoping history repeats itself and heres to taking care of buisness so we present our self the oppurtunity to play in the Big 12 champ game!!

Well the two obviousley have different approaches....i wasnt saying that his NFL mentality is wearing down the D withe the run i was saying that his consertive play calling with the lead was part of his NFL mentality

I know this didnt happen but....we only had 1 drive against Mizzou in the 3rd qtr and it was the one where Phillips dropped what would have been a walk in TD....After mizzou got the ball and scored we scored the very next possesion

Maybe thats Callahans NFL mentality....we run the ball so much in the 3rd qtr that he figures come the 4th qtr there D will be so wore down that they wont be able to stop anything.

(and our road game record is less than stellar)

Wonder when these were last updated....none the less i dont think the Sun Bowl will be our destination....if were playing in the Southwest it will be in Tempe = )

Anyone think this is the Biggest game of the year for Nebraska? I realize every game is big and USC and Texas standout but this game could go along way in deciding how we finish the season and would be a big boost of confidence to win in a place like College Station

Just curious as to see what everyone is thinking about what bowl we will end up in this yr...Ideally the BCS would be awesome but that may be a dream i think the Holiday and Alamo are prob our to most likely Bowls we will end up in.....but outside of Michigan and Ohio State i think Nebraska would beat any other team in the Big 11....Thoughts??

Might be able to get a good deal....i would imagine as bad as CU is they wouldnt have a very big turn out for the game...Buying from a scalper might be a better route but im not positive

Well its a good thing we have depth at RB bc i would imagine we will be doing alot of running next week

Plus, the other reason why I don't think that Nebraska will win, is because not only are they faster and stronger,(just like USC, UT, and Okie St.) I think that Callahan will shift back to his NFL mentality. He knows he's in great position to win the North and that he does not NEED to beat A&M. He'll be conservative and try to keep his players healthy for the Kansas City.

I dont buy that Callahan will want to win next week just as much as he would want to beat any other team in the country...A&M is beatable and NU is capable have a little faith man!
