Sounds sweet. Maybe when it gets closer we can decide on a spot for all of us to tailgate at.

Thanks. I'll probably go ahead and buy tickets for the visitor section. Not gonnie lie, I'm a little nervous about this trip and wondering how Kstate fans will treat us. I want to do some tailgating too. Hopefully there will still be tons of husker fans down there.

I was planning on buying tickets. I went to Manhattan 4 years ago and had a blast. Only then I bought tickets for the north end zone where its general admission. All the huskers grouped together. I don't see that as a option on the ticket website. I don't really wanna buy assigned seating and risk not having any huskers around espcially when you don't know how the kstate fans will be treating us this year.

I know this is a ways away but...A bunch of my friends and I are planning on going to the Kstate game next year and want to do some tailgating. Will we be able to park in the stadium parking lot to tailgate? will we have to buy a pass or something before hand? Or do we just have to find a $5 parking spot somewhere along the street and do our tailgating?

Last year I went to my first away game at K-state and I had a blast. There fans were great. Our fans were way more pumped up then a home game. No problems with vehicle or personal vandalism. So I'd like to go to another away game next year. And the only ones I see feasable are Kansas or Missouri. So I was hoping to get some opinions of people who have gone to those games and what there experiences were like. How are the stadiums? Will I get treated with respect and not have to worry about where I park my car? thanks for the input!

We really didn't have any k-state fans around us to hear what they were saying. Pretty funny they started bad mouthing there own team. I did notice they started leaving after about 5-6 minutes still left in the game. There was like 3 times cameras were in our section getting crowd reaction. FSN and Channel 6, but I didin't see any of that footage on the news, and nobody that watched the game saw any.

WOW!!! Most fun I've ever had at a game. I was in the front row of the north endzone, which was like 75% NEbraska. And we had a blast! There fans were great to us too! Just checked the Vegas odds. Currently were 18 point underdogs. Seems a bit excessive. I'm thinking a fairly high scoring game with the final within 7 points. Like 31-28. Nebraska of course.

Did there fans start throwing sh#t on the field like there last home game?

This is my first post here. I was just looking for some feedback. I'm going to the K-State game this year and have never been to an away game. I'm just wondering what should I expect. I got tickets for the N. Endzone General Admission. So I was kinda wondering how this works as well. Do you have to bring your own chair, or do you sit on the ground? How early do you need to get there to get a good spot? And do you think I'll find some other Husker fans to sit by? Will I get beat up? (hehe). Thx.
