I gotta disagree with that one. I think it was 1971 when us, OU, and CU were 1-2-3 in the country. That CU team was the best I've seen in my 50 years. But back on the subject of worst NC since 1992: 1997 Michigan - 1st in total defense but 44th (!) in offense, and barely beat a weak Ryan Leaf led Wazzu team. Every computer game (such as they were back then) that matched us and them had us crushing Blue I got to witness this first hand in "happy" valley in 2002. Spit on, shoved to the ground "by accident", cursed at, and having to look at F**K Nebraska t-shirts throughout the stadium. Youz'nz weren't very nice that night! (from just south of the mason-dixon line) I was at the game also. It was bad I don't know how i got outta there w/ my red on. They were in my face from before till after the game. It didn't help that they killed us that year too. I will say i met a lot of Husker fans before the game, some really nice people. That game pretty much started the "white out" i can remember getting an email that week telling everyone to wear white to white out the red. PSU fans are by far the worst in the country. but i just laugh at them, like on youtube when Mich lost to app st. they were all chanting, then "State Penn" lost to Mich gotta love it. but that was my first and only Husker game I really want to come out some time to go to a game

I live near PSU and fact work in State College PA. And i hear about this at least once a week, every week all year, every year. and i look at it like this- yes PSU had a good O fact they were the #1 O but PSU D sucked really bad. While Huskers had the #2 O and the #1 D. so i really feel that Huskers would have beat them. and the point about them having troubles w/ the Ducks is so true, and this isent the 07 ducks they weren't that good back then. Nebraska is Hated around here so much, it's very very hard being a big red fan in PA but i wouldn't have any other way GBR

Hey everyone I don't post here much because i am in PA so i am way out of the loop. I work in State College PA (PSU) and from what i am hearing D.J. is to visit PSU this sat. for the OSU game. I know it will be a crazy place and they will have a white out which they took from Nebraska sea of red. so lets just hope he stays RED

I wish that was true for me. im in the Pittsburgh reg and they are playing high school football games. wtf the thing is i live 2 1/2 hours from Pitts so i dont care, i should have the NU game. Im still going to check and hope the Gods look down and put the game on my TV. but if not ill be on here reading updates.

where you from? i live 30 mins from PSU. i get a lot of crap on loving the Huskers, but thats okay.

Hey everyone im new, though i been reading posts here for over a year now. Im from PA and not a PSU fan hahaa.. ive been a husker fan for 20+ years now. i cant wait for the season to get started! oh and our FSN is not going to cover the game which is BS Go Big Red
