  1. Nice Article on Bell

    FloridaFB.com Pre-Spring Rating: No. 20.

SCOUTING BELL: After watching this young man for just a few plays, there’s little doubt that he is for real. A gifted pass catcher, who has tremendous hands, concentrates on holding onto the ball and can take a hit.

The thing college scouts love about him is the way he breaks tackles and has the quickness and burst of speed to break off long plays. He has emerged as someone who will be a No. 1 receiver at the next level – and beyond.

In the secondary, he is physical, isn't afraid to lower his shoulder and makes plays, which once again separates him from the rest of the competition.

Watching him return five kicks, he’s is a player who knows how to read the play from the start. He uses his vision combined with his explosive speed to make a big play.

BELL RINGER: With 42 catches for 552 yards, this is someone who could catch 65-70 balls this season for one of the top programs in Florida.

TALK THE TALK: “In an area that has brought the state some of the most electrifying and talented players, here is yet another one who people will be talking about for generations to come.”

  2. The reason he doesnt have many offers is because his Coach was too lazy to give out his film. You would think a coach would care enough about his players to do that. Apparently his dad had to put the film together at the last minute.

*By the way, he was First team all-state in the largest class in Alabama last year

  4. Are you guys the least bit concerned about Tom Brady and his ankle?

"Well, Bill actually brought me in his office earlier this morning and asked me if I wanted to move to quarterback, and we're going to put in a whole new offense. He wants me to run the option. We brought in the coach from Nebraska, Tom Osborne, so I've met with him and we have the option going. Tom's going to go ahead and let me take the reigns for this game."

Odds of becoming a Cornhusker: We have a good shot to land this kid if his visit goes well

  6. Yeah the thing that scares the hell out of me is if he leaves and Cotton is our OC... don't get me wrong I like him coaching the line, but not calling the plays and running the offense.

I did some looking and so far theres no real proof other than this

I can't read it because I'm not a Alabama subscriber obviously, but it seems like theres a lot of candidates and Watson may be one their targeting, but nothing confirmed as far as Watson wanting to interview.

I would put my money on Norm Chow getting that job...

Norm Chow got hired by UCLA today

  7. Only have 2 games to go off of, but when I saw TR last year playing, I was not impressed. Work ethic and determination didn't seem there. His size in High School was his advantage. Technique didn't seem great, footwork wasn't excellent, and frankly I thought he looked slow.

This doesn't bother me at all that NU lost him.

He will never play on Sundays.

Well, he played pretty well in the Army AA game against people who were just as big as him. In my opinion, this kid is going to be a very good player in college. Just because he is not going to Nebraska, doesnt mean he is all the sudden not very good. I guarantee you wouldnt be saying this if he was committed to NU. I think this was a very big loss for Nebraska this year
