  12. I agree ZT was a bright spot, and Callahan probably would have never won more than 7 games without him. But this list just goes to show that either Callahan is a crappy recruiter and/or bad developer of talent. He also can't recognize talent, I mean he barely ever played Purify and he was the best receiver on the team. I just hope Bo can make the Huskers respectable this year and then start to win more games next year.
  13. Heres an email I received summarizing the class of 05: Harrison Beck QB 6-1 205 Clearwater, Fla. Countryside -- BUST Zack Bowman CB 6-2 200 Anchorage, Alaska New Mexico Military Inst. -- Played a lot and, at times, very well, but never lived up to the hype. Chris Brooks WR 6-3 190 St. Louis, Mo. Hazelwood East -- BUST so far Jordan Congdon K 5-10 165 San Diego, Calif. St. Augustine -- BUST Nick Covey LB 6-2 210 Glendale, Ariz. Mountain Ridge -- BUST so far Barry Cryer DT 6-3 285 Marrero, La. Dodge City (Kan.) C.C. -- Solid player Ola Dagunduro DT 6-2 315 Inglewood, Calif. Compton (Calif.) C.C. -- Solid player Phillip Dillard LB 6-2 247 Tulsa, Okla. Jenks -- Average? Def hasnt lived up to the hype Wallace Franklin WR 6-3 190 Beaumont, Texas Ozen -- Never made it to campus Cody Glenn RB 6-0 211 Rusk, Texas Rusk -- Liked him at RB when he was healthy. Frantz Hardy WR 6-0 170 Miami, Fla. Butler County (Kan.) C.C. -- Had some big moments but disappeared at time. I give 3.5 stars David Harvey TE 6-4 230 Pomfret, Md. McDonough -- BUST so far. What did the staff really expect from him? Jacob Hickman OG 6-4 244 Bakersfield, Calif. Centennial -- Starting but not performing up to expectations as yet. Broderick Hunter WR 6-2 210 Humble, Texas Humble -- Never made it. Leon Jackson RB/DB 6-3 200 Pasco, Wash. Pasco -- BUST Marlon Lucky RB 5-11 202 N. Hollywood, Calif. C.C. -- BUST Barry Turner RE 6-3 230 Nashville, Tn. Brentwood Academy -- Stellar out of the gates but has faded since. Bryan Wilson DB 6-2 200 Granada Hills, Ca. Pierce C.C. -- BUST
  14. I can't bring myself to leave any game early. I stayed the whole game when Okie State came to town last year. Me too
  15. I sat right behind these two MU fans. What I was surprised by is they stood up for a lot of plays and actually cheered for their team unlike a lot of people in the West Stadium. Then in the 4th quarter when people started leaving the guy said "I feel bad cheering over here around all these NU fans I'm gonna go to the MU section." He was pretty cool so just to show you that not all Tiger fans are pricks.
