Aubrun has troubles with their offensive line early in the year then they sit their older guys who werent performing and play a bunch of FRESHMEN on the o line. The offense has been playing much better since. Maybe Callahan and co should take note. Freshmen are being played all over the country

Those same receivers would work great in the Spread also. I mean if you wanna talk about big bodied receivers just look at Mizzou and that seems to be working out quite well.

Say we fired Callahan after this year. How interesting would it be to see the Huskers playing a spread offense next year lead by Joe Ganz?

I dont kno If Gill is there yet. I mean he may be a great HC one day but I dont kno if that is now.

My dream is this team goes on to win the res of their games this season. Wins the Big 12 and Cally and crew are the ones to restore the order. Its the fastest way but I doubt it'll happen.

Great start but lets say we get everyone on the board to send an email. Heck lets make it easy, someone who is really a good with words should write a letter as a template for everyone on the board and then all everyone will have to do is just email it to the regents. I think Callahan should consider giving up his duties as player caller. He looks like a lost idiot on the sideline trying to figure things out and he cant possibly be leading the team effectively. Also when a coach is that worried about things like playcalling they cant get energetic and into it. Players reflect their coach and thats not good wen you have a guy who looks lost on the sideline. I was watching the USF FAU game this weekend and USF was playing really badly. Leavit went nuts on his players, I saw grabbing facemasks, smacking helmets, pushing players around, it was great and I think it shows if you have ever watched USFs defense play its pretty amazing. Fast, physical, nasty. something we havent seen here in a while.

he coached at KSU in the 90s! Grab him while we have the chance. Seems like almost everyone of those guys ended up pretty succesful

It isn't just Coz and staff that needs to go, Callahan needs to go too. Our offense is not good and very few people associated with the team seem motivated. Here's an idea that is crazy enough that it might work: Major Applewhite. Young, smart, great recruiter, and definitely an up-and-coming coach. We could give him an incentive-laden contract with a nominal base to make it affordable since BC's buyout will hurt. good idea but i think its too early to give him a shot at head coach. In a few years I would agree with you.

Muschamp is a great choice i believe. We need a defensive minded energetic coach.

I was thinking the same think looking at Lucky last night. Had he taken his talent somewhere else like Florida he would be a star.
