  1. When I was a young lad growing up in Norfolk, I had to chance to meet Tommie at an autograph signing at the mall. I was about 8 and I remember vividly shaking his hand and it wrapped around mine like 3 times, and it felt like a huge soft warm marshmallow.... I'll never forget!

  2. There is really no way you could even come up with a comparison between the two really. I personally go to UNO, and went to every single home game the mavs had. I also went to 3 Husker games last year. The only way that you could make a logical prediction is if they would play. And as big of a maverick fan I am I would say that they Huskers would have probably still won. Although the Mavs had a badass team last year, I think they would have put up one hell of a fight.

  3. N-Staters:

Have you ever lived outside of Nebraska? Nope.

Where have you lived the longest? Norfolk

Where has been your favorite non-Nebraska place to visit/live? Somewhere tropical... Hawaii??

Where is your ideal place to live? Omaha... love going to school here at UNO..

What is your current occupation? Student majoring in MIS... Internship in the IT Dept. for The Weitz Company

What has been your best job ever? Internship in IT Dept. at Nucor Steel Nebraska in Norfolk

Worst job? Detassling.... very typical job for a kid growing up in Nebraska

Dream job? Working for EA Sports working on Video Games!

    Hobbies:

What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Intramural basketball, guitar, piano, Huskerboard (while i'm at work most of the time)

Strangest/most interesting hobby, skill or personal anecdote? I like to think that I have a humorous personality... or just weird... I like making people feel awkward and/or laugh... AND I'm freakishly good at guitar hero (I think it's from the 10 years of piano lessons) I've 5 starred every song on expert on all 3 games.

  4. think the sororities rent them out by the hour on Saturdays. Half-price if you keep them overnight!

Cy, do you have any prices?? Never been to ames, with this new found information, it sounds like I could have some fun there! Possibly even making the trip from Omaha on some lonely cold saturday..

Usually treating them to a fine dining experience at McDonalds and a bottle of Mad Dog afterwards will suffice....for the real high-class ones it sometimes takes a trip to Wal-Mart to get their motors running....

I don't have to work tomorrow, I'm leavin for ames at 5!!! :nanalama

  5. National Championship fo sho... As far as the woman.... for the past 6 years I have this same dream about 4 nights a week (not gonna go into details :) ) about me and Brooke Burke.... the foxiest woman alive... although Marisa Miller comes in at a very close second(she joins in with Brooke about 2 out of the 4 nights)..

  6. Sorry guys... was at work, kinda typed it quick, also i'm not real good at story telling... but it is a true story from what my friend told me! :dunno

Plus, whats Chuck Norris like about punching someone in the face?? I was thinking something more along the lines of a George Foreman punch.

  7. Funny story... I have a good friend born and raised to bleed husker red and he recently took a job out in Colorado Springs. This last fall he went to the Colorado vs. Colorado State game. He was wearing a Colorado St. t-shirt, and half way through the game he had to go to the bathroom really bad. Half-way drunk he ended up in a bathroom over on the Colorado side. Another drunk obnoxious Colorado fan got in his face for him being there, and my friend said "Woah, it's no big deal, I'm not even a Colorado St. fan, I'm a Husker fan." Then the Colorado fan proceeded to take a swing, and my friend dodged it and popped him right in the forhead right in the middle of a whole bunch of CU fans. Proving that the majority of CU fans are dumb as hell.
