So people have said Callahan was the worst hire ever, others have said Bo was the worst. I have a feeling that if things dont go the right way with cordinators and if this crew is out of there league as far as the pressure this job takes. We could be way worse off then we were with any of those guys. I hope im wrong.

  With the talent on this current team and a better coach (according to SE), I don't see a down year next year but an uptick. I thought Bo recruited well so I'm interested to see where we go in that area. I felt that Bo's issue was the development in various areas and of course on field adjustments.
