We are taking a group out there and we haven’t been there in years.  Which hotel do the husker fans stay at?  Any husker friendly bars or other places to go?

This :01 second thing has always bugged me. I always thought that the official game clock was kept on the field by one of the officials. So if the clock in the officials hand was zero after the play then the game is over.

That is why periodically the officials will have the scoreboard operator reset the game clock.

Did anyone see the pictures the Journal Star had of the ribbon boards? Looks like the boards hang lower than the bottom part of the balcony. I know if you sat toward the top of east and west stadiums under the balcony your view would be obstructed by the bottom of the balcony. Seems like now the ribbon boards may obstructed the view for those rows even further now.

Regardless I still like the ribbon board idea and can't wait to see them this year. Plus I don't sit that high anyways.

I would think that the number of walk-ons we have taken this year has contributed to the number of redshirts.
