Rhonda takes no responsibility for how this team is doing. All she offers is the excuse that the team is young. Many many young teams play with passion and win. Ours does not. It isn’t just this year, the softball team has been going down hill since Peaches graduated. Peaches carried Rhonda. Rhonda runs the team like a business where only her strange form of passion is allowed. It doesn’t connect well with the players. Advice to Rhonda…quit talking negatively to so many of your players about other players. They all know you do it and they don’t like it. Under pressure, you make more errors than any of your players do on the field.
