ESPN3.com it is on the internet. you look up replays for college football, full games and current action on there.
I don't think you realize how espn3 works. It is not available to everyone. It depends on who your internet provider is. If you have Cox Communications or Time Warner (if you get both cable and internet) you get espn3, but if you have Qwest like mentioned above, no espn3 for you unless you are on a college campus or military base. I'm sure Qwest and Disney will figure something out before too long.

My throat definately hurts. I'd say a toss up to the loudness of Oklahoma last year.
As much as I hate to say it, I really don't think it is a toss up, last year's Oklahoma game was louder.

For those of us thinking about going this year...
What's lodging like? Prices, driving distances, availability?
What can we expect to pay for tickets?
When my friends and I went it was $55+tax/processing fees for the ticket and $35 per person for 2 nights stay at Super 8 (although we had 6 people sharing a room...poor college students
) The particular Super 8 we stayed at was about 10-15 minutes from the stadium and was loaded with Husker fans

I was way up there last year and I didn't think it was too bad. Plus they have the huge screen right above the middle of the field. My biggest complaint was that it was hard to see down and distance, you're best bet was to actually look down at the field instead of trying to squint your eyes to read it on the big screen.

Phil Steele love gets the love because he is the most accurate fortune-teller. The studies show that over the last 10 years his preseason rankings have come the closest to the final rankings.
I partially think he is the most accurate because he is one of the few people smart enough to not make power rankings for the preseason but tries to predict the final rankings (or it might be rankings after conference championship games)

hmm looked at his bowl projections. He has us as the Big XII champ in the Fiesta bowl against Pitt. BUT he also has Oklahoma in NCG against Ohio State! How is that supposed to work?
The stuff that says Big 12 Champ and At-Large are what the bowls are supposed to have, but naturally if the Big 12 Champ is ranked 1 or 2 they go to the BCS NCG instead of the Fiesta Bowl.

If they havent announced yet, then we are gonna have to wait. Unless NU and/or Texas drops a couple of games, it will not be 2;30 game on ABC, Michigan/Iowa already have that time slot. So it looks like our options are I believe 11am ABC or 8:15pm ESPN. NASCAR is on ABC at night, so that option is out the window.
If College Gameday wants to come to Lincoln, it will be at night, you can bet the farm on that.
ESPN already has a TBA Pac-10 game scheduled for the 8:15 time slot. Pretty sure it will either be 11am national coverage or 2:30 regional coverage. I can't believe ESPN took Wiscy-tOSU over Neb-Tex.

Locker has had 14 carries for 20+ yards in his career. In just 2 games Martinez has had 6 carries for 20+ yards (3 for 40+)...so I think Martinez is definitely the guy with the "big play" ability with his feet.
I don't know that this is the best comparison to make. Martinez did that against inferior teams, while Locker has had rushing success against some of the best teams in the country, even as a freshmen as you can see here:
Sorry, I sometimes forget that Washington has been so bad in recent years that the cupcakes they have played presented a real challenge and Locker couldn't pad the stats against them.

I agree. I was very disappointed with that episode. I think for many Husker fans it was the first episode of The Big Bang Theory that they watched because they heard it would talk about the Nebraska and decided the series was terrible based on that episode.

TigerTowner is the name of the guy who made it. Not sure if you have ever spent any time on the ESPN main boards, but he is pretty well known over there. Pretty sure he is all over the place that are not just team specific boards such as scout and rivals.

Turnover margin is ISU's greatest strength. Their turnover margin is good for 9th in the country. The games they won that nobody expected them to was because they took care of the ball and forced turnovers.
