I'm struggling with the DE position. I have a hard time picking a specialist like Randy Gregory or Eric Martin because both were mainly pass rushers but struggled against the run. I went with Potter and Allen since they were solid at everything a DE should do.

It may be blasphemous not picking Randy but I didn't.

Hard for me to pick specialists like Reed in the passing game for best in an era. To me, the best possible TE can run block and catch the ball, hence my vote for McNeil.

Love hearing the stuff about Wilbon. The RB spot at Nebraska is never going to be a problem. Especially because one kid chose to go elsewhere.

Plays his tail off and shows good speed from the RB position. Kids got lots of potential at LB.

I'm also looking to get into this over the winter and talked to some friends who home brew around the country. Most mention midwest supplies as a good place to start and then focus on local ingredients.

They have 2 starter kits one being 80 and the other 100. I'm hoping to get money towards or the actual $100 kit for Christmas and start brewing in the new year. Would be interesting to keep this thread up and discuss how things are going.

I know just one big Pac12 guy (as big a college football as anyone - roots for Cal amazingly) and he calls this an A+ hire.

Says teams are extremely disciplined, has a very good eye for talent and beat USC at #3 in 2006 and #1 in 2008 (also beat Cal at #2 in 2007).

The longer the search goes on the more I will agree with the OP's statement. The way SE handled it makes me think he either has a coach in mind and will do whatever it takes to get him or he already had multiple conversations with multiple coaches and serious interest was expressed. If we go 2-3 weeks and hear nothing, I'll be very worried. You can also wave the recruiting class goodbye.

Many good options here but this one sums up the program quite well for me.
