I have to say I need to get back to rooting for one of these teams again. I was a 49ers fan when Joe Montana was QB, when the game was on in the waiting area of a hospital when I drove my Mom and Brother there because my brother had a dislocated finger.  49ers had an amazing come from behind victory, and I was hooked.  It helped, with Tom Rathman and Roger Craig also being there. 

 

Then, when Joe went to play for the Kansas City Chiefs, they became my team as I rooted him on to victory, and once again another great Nebraska player was there too.  Neil Smith. 

over the years, I've kind of been watching and rooting for a few teams, but recently, in the last few years, and especially this season, Patrick Mahomes has been fun to watch.  

 

I am picking the Kansas City Chiefs to win by 3.  Should be an excellent game.

 

Also Will Sheilds and Eric Warfeild. Go Chiefs!!!

Oh I hear you, I wasn't saying that he sucked by any means. My first reaction was he stands out with all star talent around him you would think he could have dominated a little more.  

Not sure if its nice to see or not, where has he been the last four years?

Don't want to be Mr. Negative, but a serious question........Don't we have to beat Wiscy to "stay" in the dance, which is why people are saying "beat Wiscy and we are in"..... yes, if we beat the Badgers, I think we are in regardless of how the tourney plays out.

 

If we lose to Wiscy and then happen to drop 1st game in tourney (which is possible....we have lost to a handful of the teams we may play), then I think we would be back OUT..... meaning, Wiscy is probably a must win for us to be IN.

Illinois is playing out if their mind and just won at MSU. Terran has been off the past two games and that has me worried. We cannot do anything on offense when he and pitch are on the bench

Our son led the chant for his high school team Liberty North his Jr. and Sr. seasons. Another KC school

Raytown South does it as well. I already had goose bumps before his games but that sent it over the top!

Until we make some real noise, we probably shouldn't expect any big recruiting wins. Sure we have facilities and an arena, but Miles hasn't proven that he has a winning program yet.

hmmmmmmm did you see what Miles kids did for Colorado St this year. The kids we have coming in and who we red shirted are far more talented than we have seen in the past.

I dont like the move of putting Almeida back in. We are playing pressure D and moving great and he just cant keep up. He has been a nuisance tonight

I think the reason Nebraska hasnt used their allotment of tix for the Big 10 Champ. game is that alot of people are holding out for that tri[p to Pasadena. With the holidays right around the corner two road trips would be too much. They are going to wait it out this Saturday and then everyone and their mother will try and get tixs to get to Pasadena.
