ok, sorry i missed it.....thanks.

i can't believe Devine has not been picked up??
-
4-8 record, and now putting us in the top 25 is a gift IMHO.........we have more to prove than most anyone else!
most of the speculation/hype is having Martinez carry this team in 2019.

was obviously a bench warmer.

i think this whole transfer rule has really changed the way things are handled now......good or bad, it creates some different unpredictable results and makes team management tricky.

As hype builds, Martinez staying focused on task at hand
wish he had more proven receivers and a great OL to protect him.....you got to wins a bunch of games to be considered.

Center play is going to be interesting to gauge in general. I don't think Jurgens looked great, but he's learning the position and it seems (on the surface at least) the coaches are trying really hard to groom him for that spot. Here's to hoping he's 100% in the fall and makes big strides this summer.
Frost wants him to play center........he must be the best fit we have.
-
running back will surely be by committee......but we need one go to guy back there......still very concerned.
need Mills or Washington to make a splash......can't see Washington (even in the best scenario, legally) not getting at least a 3 game suspension......
asking a lot from a true freshman, it's a rare breed that makes a big impact.

Don't forget About the guys coming in the fall.
the RB room is the most confusing part of them all......lots of variables, scary.

It's not even the Spring Game, and we're already elevating walk-on freshmen to the 2 deep.
the RB room seems to have a revolving door??
Mo is batting in court
Mills is battling with grades/credits
and one inbound freshman has had surgery on both knees.
and the guys on hand are maybe average...
not good

I love this! The competition level is insane this year. To put this into context, Chins is mad because they lost the competition period by 1 (I don’t know how they score).
makes me wonder.......is the D that good or is the O a bit behind?

Tuioti says he wants to have eight guys game-ready by this fall. He said he has six right now.
good plan, sounds like he is big on rotation?

i guess more to come. makes me wonder.

sounds like Griffin is a bit of an unknown.....a diamond or a lump of coal.....or insurance with some experience?

Patriots seem to like Nebraska kids.......

We have 6 months until football season, and the Moos and Washington controversies already feel like old news.
so true.......yawn.

nothing ventured, nothing gained.

wondering if there might still be some talented transfer guys hanging out? especially receivers?
i know there was talk of saving a spot if one came available?

Frost doesn’t look exhausted right now like he did last year at this time. Last year at this time he had a new baby, moved, gave up his previous program, recruited late, met and did dozens of appearances, all the hype etc etc....
and his staff too. He looks comfortable, rested, and sharp. That alone will translate down to the team. Everyone will be more comfortable and ready.
The offense will be way way better. Add it up, check the boxes, move the pieces, score more and often...
i ageee, it’s all about how the defense improves. We know the offense will be better, and continue to get better. How the defense does will determine if his regime will have championship level goals.
Frost is looking more comfortable.........he is aware of what positions are weak and he will adjust. we really need some wide outs and a great TE.

These holes need to be filled: (that's what she said)
Ozigbo: 1,082 rushing yards 12 TD. Not as concerned if Washington is able to play mixed with Mills and co.
Morgan: 1,004 receiving yards 7 TD. This one is tougher to replace as outside of JD our next leading WR had 122 receiving yards...
agree, there is no Morgan like receiver on the horizon.......JD is it.........Warner is a possession guy at best.......Wan Dale will be heavily used out of the slot.
-
i just hope there is not an epidemic of these sort of (double down) calls........if you sustain the first one, seems like you might play with a lot of caution going forward?
-
these calls will be made in live games........who decides what is intentional and accidental ? is there any avenue for further review by unbiased officials?

i was afraid that Mills would end up not making grades........and if Washington gets a major suspension we are going to need AM to carry this team on his arm.....experienced receivers are in short supply as well......scarey.
