  1. I'm not sure that fast tempo offense is a good match with our "bend but don't break" defense. The opponents grinds down the clock usually getting 3 or 4 1st downs and settling for a FG or punt. We get the ball, run two running plays for 8 yds then throw an incomplete pass (bad throw or dropped by our WR) and then punt. The opponent grind another 4 or 5 1st downs, etc.

We're going to get crazy bad TOP unless Bo's blackshirts tighten up in a big way.

    Ask oregon about TOP

  2. I would love to see at least one safety recruit from this class graduate in Dec. and be here for spring ball. With Stafford, P.J., and Osborne all leaving after this year, and aftern striking out on safties last year, we will need all the help we can get com 2013 at this position.

Watch out for harvey jackson and corey cooper.

  3. One of the highlights of Bo Pelini's Football 202 Class this week was a panel of 10 Husker players fielding questions from 200 fans who paid to get the inside scoop on Nebraska football. Nebraska Assistant Athletic Director Jeff Jamrog put together the program, selected the panel and hosted the all-day event. A former Husker walk-on and Academic All-American, Jamrog couldn't resist asking three players on the panel about Nebraska's two newest assistant coaches - Terry Joseph, who left Tennessee to coach NU's secondary and Rick Kaczenski, who left Iowa to coach the Huskers' defensive line. Both new coaches received positive player feedback.
