I hope everyone from Husker Nation enjoyed their visit to Southwest Virginia, I was tons of Nebraska fans tailgating with Hokies both before and after the game. I wish we had more games scheduled, I'd love to make the trip to Lincoln again. Good luck the rest of the way, we'll be pulling for you guys. You have a solid team, Bo is getting you back to where you belong. You guys take care, maybe we'll see you down the line.

Here's a story from today's "Collegiate Times", the VT student newspaper about Friday's Downtown Tailgate, if you're looking for something to do. A Beer Garden, stuff for kids to do, a DJ, cheerleaders from both teams, etc............should be a good time. I had a great time last year in Lincoln. You guys were great hosts, it was a great gameday (and game) atmosphere and I'd be saying that even if we had lost the game. Everyone was really friendly and experiencing a night game in your stadium was fantastic. I really appreciated your Nebraska hospitality. Also had a great time in Omaha the next day before heading home. Great brews and steak at the Upstream! I hope that all of you making the trip this weekend enjoy your visit to beautiful Southwest Virginia, and that you are treated as well by all Hokies as we were by you guys. I know that everyone who made the trip to Lincoln really wants to return the hospitality. I hope that you're invited to tailgates for burgers and brews no matter which parking lots you're walking through.
