I don't understand how this is bad ... it may be a good thing if your leader wants to win so badly that he cries after he cannot reach his goal anymore. What ... is it "not manly" to cry? Get real he just lost a game and cannot go out on top, kinda a big deal. It is not like he was in the huddle crying during the game, it was during the aftermath. I would take a QB who wants to win that badly, as would 100% of other schools. I must say I enjoyed FLA losing though.

Coaches know who gives the team a best chance to win, and since Lee was starting he obviously gave the team the best chance. NOT a good sign for Green. I know he can develop but usually the very good players start at a baseline a little higher than the QB play has been for the 'skers all year.

Suh deserves it. Ingram will win it. Not fair at all. I will only believe Suh has a legit shot after I see the final results. Even if he is invited to New York I will not be sold.

If he sacked McCoy to win the game and then did it... epic. But not just in the middle of the game on a sack or something, that would be stupid.

Breathe if you hate Texas.

Why is Asante not on there. Every time I watch he is laying the wood to people. He'll be a good pro.
-
If NU wins they will officially be back on the national map since many people will be watching hoping to see UT lose and ruin the BCS.

180th and Q is a much better spot.

As long as Mack doesn't teach Bo his personal approach in keeping his players from getting into trouble!
Yeah, this may not be the best tactic to use as a Husker fan. We have no room to criticize other teams when it comes to players' criminal behavior.
I agree. We haven't been exactly squeaky clean either.
Yup every program has their troubles. Some more than others though.
-
Just have Asante get his personal foul at the very beginning of the game and knock him out of commission...
As twisted as this, I think you are making a joke in regard to purposely hurting another player. If this happened They would lose Shipley but Asante would absolutely get tossed.
Asante for Shipley... I would take that!

New to the board. I post on a few boards around the Big 12, not sure why I haven't registered here before.
Anyway, just wanted to say how much I'm looking forward to the game. Easily the best two teams in the conference with the best two defenses. Could be a really tight game if our Defense doesn't shape up after the aggy game. Although, I think we are much better off against your offense then A&M's.
Feel free to ask if you need any insight about the Horns. I'll be happy to discuss everything.
Good luck guys. Hook'em!
I'm not sure if you did that on purpose but your username is pretty clever.

Jeez TCU is coming out in force.
-
I think the winner of the ACCCG is projected to play TCU in the Orange Bowl by some 'experts'. We might get to know each other very well over the next month if GT does not lay another egg this weekend.... but yes hopefully Neb wins and TCU goes to the NC. That would be good on all levels.

OH Nebraska fans.
This is the kind of thread that will have other message boards making threads going "LOL @ husker fans."
Heck, if KSU fans start talking Heisman hype for some freshman contributor, we'd be rolling all over the floor about that.
The message boards that go "LOL @ husker fans" need to examine themselves before saying those kinds of things. Pretty sure every forum has these types of threads, unless of course your team is in the trash heap which may explain ..... just sayin'. So is it jealousy? Those fans should worry about their own team.

I predict a loss to Texas, a drop out of the polls, but then a win in the bowl game and a jump to about 18 to finish the season.
-
Wrecks = Wrecks Grossman = not good.
-
A lot more goes into getting a Heisman than the player's talent. You have to be incredibly lucky and be on a GREAT team, play well on nationally televised games, play for a program that is respected year in and year out (at least recently), and not get injured. A lot of players are good enough to win the Heisman but other confounding variables stop them from winning.
-
Well at least you can say Nebraska is the best unranked team in the country...
-
The OU-NU rivalry has been not-so-entertaining since I can remember (but I'm only 20). The games against CU always seem to be closer and get people more angry. Just sayin.... I think the past is just that, the past. OU used to be the top rival but CU is becoming more and more of a rival.
-
If you are on top everybody considers you their rival. If Nebraska rattles of 3 or so straight Big 12 championships then I bet you Nebraska reaches #1 or #2 on the rival list for all North teams and on most South teams. If you are good you are everyone's rival.

Just bait them and come out with a weapon. One of my family member's golf clubs got stolen by 'garage hoppers' and I was so angry about it that I left the garage open at night and watched TV by the window (it was during summer so I could just sit there all night).....when they showed again I just ran in with a bat. Fixes the problem rather quick because most of the time people like that are cowards anyhow and they are just plain startled when you confront them especially with a weapon. Not smart, but makes you feel really, really good about yourself.

I was just wondering what would benefit for Nebraska next year if Bronson Marsh picked Nebraska to play for the 2010 season.
I don't understand but it may be because I am totally out of the loop.
OMG, Mark May said . . .

I like how EVERY board hates ESPN. I see the same thing on the GT board. You get some praise but there are also times when you are talked about as being not very good. Happens to every team...
