Get frozen peas. I found 4 bag rotation was the right number. If I only had 3 they wouldn't freeze enough between thaws. I did mine on a Friday and took Monday off but I was able to go by then. Saturday was a little uncomfortable if I didnt have them on ice. Sunday I felt fine.
Also...make sure the wife knows that for the next 6 weeks you need at least to BJ's a week to get things working properly. Otherwise you risk not being able to perform like you should.
