sweet! never even knew or heard much about this kid
-
whats the real chance that we get this kid?
Somewhere in the 2-3% range because pulling him away from Penn St., Ohio State or even Florida is tough when kids are from the NE.
-
Nebraskas line always seems to pull to their favor as the games get closer.. I expect -2 or 3 before kick off

not sure if its legit but if it is, its F****D UP big time.

I'd like to point out that Suh is actually leading the straight count and that the projections are based on historical regional bias. I really don't think the media on the coasts and the former winners are going to let a defensive player win, but I will mention that Suh being a non-traditional finalist as a defensive player may mean the projection is wrong. I have no proof, but it seems like this is the latest I've seen the majority of voters turn in their ballots.
I would say gerhart has the advantage at the beginning being in the most populous state, and all they see over there is pac-10 games. But i sure hope suh can get this, if not get second to make a statement!!
Give him a seat next to McCoy, so when he wins he can stiff arm mccoy out of his chair!!

will this be the year that this site doesnt get it right? its closer than ever really..
-
Now that we know he is NYC bound, can he really win it though? The problem will come down the the D****E bags who dont watch or know squat about football. thats why he wont win..

we still have our three heisman winners left to vote also!!

(Toney in Omaha) - The caller that called the Rome show during the first hour may or may not of been me.
That deserves an Atta Boy

make sure you put all coming from a florida or USC fan at the end!!

Sipple went
1. Suh
2. McCoy
3. Ingram

up to 43% now. as long as he puts Suh on his ballot, im cool with that!

FWIW, someone on the Rivals board heard from someone in Texas who knows recruiting pretty well that Aaron is a heavy NU lean at this point. Apparently, in Texas, they think that it will be basically a fight between us and USC for his services on the gridiron. That bodes well for us, if Aaron knows how to read depth charts...
as long as we get his cousin, i think its ours to miss. he will be the #1 back for two or three years and it would be awesome to have him!!

Burkhead has one good drive and he is the next Heisman!!
Some husker fans should think before they type nonsense into message boards.

I know the Packers of Green and B. Jack, the Rams have Incognito and Carriker, those are the only two teams that I can think of that have more than one husker.
Also Bears have Bullocks and Bowman
Denver has Hochstein and Buckhalter that i know of and the hopeless chiefs have Williams and Brown i think

You guys actually dream about this stuff..

I like the Holiday Bowl's atmosphere better then the cottons..

Seems like Pelini possesses several qualities that ND might be looking for in their coaching search:
1. He's Catholic
2. Defensive-minded coach
3. Ties to the Midwest (Cardinal Mooney High School and Ohio State)
4. Steady demeanor while under the microscope (as seen during his time here at Nebraska- a coach's
ability to handle scrutiny is very important at ND)
5. Ability to turn a program around quickly i.e. strong leadership
He's probably not being mentioned because of his short time as a head coach. Not sure about his personal desire to coach there either.
Just a few thoughts.
I can just imagine Bo swearing up and down those sidelines enough to make Touchdown Jesus cover his ears a little

Sadly as bad as i want him, i dont see him coming here, but i will still pray!!

Chill out, and dont be so anal about someones views. He didnt even say anything negative, just to the fact that nebraska always gets "Jewd" on people leaving.
In the long run its better that these kids leave. I am about the same age as them and college decisions were hard for me and i wasn't even going for athletics. Kids just need to take there time and not decide when they are on a one week high on a team.
