  1. Santa I would like a 6'5 dual threat QB to join our class. I like 6'5 and not 6 foot. I love the values that the Gabbert farther has passed down to his kids. Note to self, never buy anything from a Gabbert ever.

The bible says "Let your Yes be Yes and your No be No", don't tell a team you are going to be fighting with then if your not 100% sure.

  2. Look I really dont care about these kids that say one thing and do another. If he wants to go to Mrs U or Kansas,,, go that is fine with me, but dont cry when the NU's D drops the hammer on you. NU has D and we can win with a great D.

So do as you say or leave, WHO CARES. If Mrs U wants him great, We will pound Gabbert and him together like a combo platter.

  3. Look I said that about Compton and Fisher at the start. They are not fast to the ball and they are afraid of contact. I hope the Martin and Williams are the studs next yr, which I think they could be. Dillard has played great and he looks fast to the ball and loves to drop the lumber. I was hoping that Fisher and Compton were watching him make plays but it looks to be NO. We will have to stay with Gomes and Hagg which I love also.

  4. Look there has been a ton of Blue Chippers that have come and seen NU and there are more this weekend. Our class is filling up and the train is leaving. There should only be a couple of more spots left and they will not be around forever. These kids need to pull the trigger or the train will leave without them and they will end up at UTEP or Baylor.

  5. Look I'm sick of the QB's that feel that large football programs owe them something. Tyler is ok, but look at the past where NU was screwed by QB's Freeman, Gabbert. Come on we need to add Robinson and Gabbert and say if you want to compete then get after it. I feel Bo is a straight forward coach and he need to do whats best for the team and not Gabbert.

  6. Look if some of these studs come back around and he can make room or not make room that is their faults not ours. We made the offers and they looked for the BBD (bigger better deal). I feel some of these in state kids will get a gray shirt if some big talent comes back around.

  7. I feel the same way. If he is not 100% for us then he is 100% against us. Why we even continue to chase this kid. His brother was the better of the two and we did not get him. He has no size unless he hits a growth spurt in year. I want a true running QB that can get out of trouble with his feet.

  8. I have to say something to the recruits that are looking around for the BBD (bigger better deal). NU is filling up and once the train leaves the station there will not be any room to ride this train. Pull the trigger soon before all the seats are taken.

  9. Kony committed to Mizzou this morning, 11-2-09

This guy is a stud we missed out on. Mizzoo will be more than pleased with this young fella. Nice find and get. Would have been a nice "bookend"!

It's not over on this kid. We have been the brides maids and not the bride... Travis Lewis, Gabbert, on and on. I want Bo and Co to steal recruits away and show them that playing in front of 86,000 is better than playing in front of a TX high school crowd. We need some help from Gabbert and Rome.

  10. I have always thought that Larry Asante would of been a beast at LB. Or a RE like Demorrio.

I have to agree, as a safety you have to be the QB on the other side of the field, Larry doesnt think fast enough on his feet. I was pleased to see Dillard hitting hard, unlike Fisher

  11. This is what I would love to see our coaches doing with the up coming recruits like Rome. Have these kids do the recruiting for us. Rome is going to be a stud and we need stud DE along with him. What is lacking in the d-line is pressure from the corners, Allen and Turner are doing nothing, we need speed list Wistrom and Trev.
