  1. Just a heads up, I was 4 of 5 on predictions: 1.Cody green did start 2. Helu did have under 10 total touches today 3. we did take more shots down the field since the FAU game 4. Kinnie did play over half the game and Khiry started. Wrong on the opening set, although they used it on the third play of the game.
  2. hahaha, this thread is OVER! thank you captain obvious... java script:emoticon('',%20'smid_24') your name actually is captain obvious... hm...
  3. I'm just saying watch on Saturday if i am correct or not Also, i don't want to dominate the board, just want to establish cred early. same way i did on rivals. Huskers1
  4. Cooper started already this year, so that's not exactly a big prediction. Everything else you're listing there is the same conjecture we've all been saying. I thought you started this thread off with your insider link to Coach Beck? Can you use that to get us more information than this? okay how about this? the opening set on offense will feature green and robinson in the backfield, shotgun, tray on green's right. Kinnie and Khiry will be on the right of the formation mcneil on the line at the left and paul split left. it will be a draw play to tray. ok? how about we not overuse the source?
  5. Here are the four things im saying here: 1. cody green will start against Baylor 2.roy helu will get another 5-10 carries/touches 3.I said khiry would start before it came out CORRECT 4.Kinnie will play most of the game 5.there will be more plays of 20+ yards or at least attempts than any game since FAU one for five so far.
  6. I've also been hearing that Pelini is really not happy with Watson because he's not taking more shots down the field. He said that Watson is using the wrong receivers on the deep routs and he using the speed guys for the short routes so that all the possession receivers are left in double coverage down field. He thinks it should be the other way around but that Watson agreed to switch it up this week. That's why Khiry is starting and Kinnie will get a ton of playing time. Also they want to get McNeil so more looks over the middle as opposed to running him on short out routes.
  7. a troll is you. im sorry i cant give you the benefit of the doubt wih your hurricane story. still seems pretty fishy. come saturday if cody takes the field ill give you respect, or your attempt at being an asshat just happened to fall into place. either way im going to wait and see. and living in nebraska means nothing btw. okay then, would it mean something if i could tell you that in memoiral stadium section 28 row 44 seats 12-15 are located on the west side on the 30 yard line under the balcony and you can watch between two pillars that give you a view of the entire field except the south endzone, and that those tickets have been in the family for over fourty years? great.
  8. 1. What is a troll? 2. I live in nebraska 3. Miamihrrcns2001 is my name because thats the game that i realized what nu football is all about, its not about winning or losing, its about having the greatest and most passionate fans in college football and having the best tradition in the country. 4. Yes, Miami is my second favorite team 5. every name with "huskers" "Nebraska" or "Blackshirts" in it that i could remember were already taken.
  9. a guy with three posts said that. take it for what it's worth and add a GRAIN OF SALT. why not start off with a good one? whether it's a good one has yet to be determined. until then, you would agree that a grain of salt is fair? no? fair point.

  11. Alright guys, pretty sure i trust a coach more than espn. Just wait until saturday.
  12. The coaches know what they are doing. I remember a couple of years ago people were wondering why we took roy helu if we already had castille in that class. Plus according to most sources, castille was better. Well obviously, we are glad we took helu. So even it enuwa doesn't play, he at least adds more depth and more importantly size to this group. Just look at #17 last year, something tells me that guy was pretty good, was tall, and not necessarily a blazer.
  13. Coach Beck's nephew is my friend. He just got a text from his uncle that said Cody will start and Roy Helu may not play but it will be a game-time decision due to injury (shoulder). Happy to pass this along. java script:emoticon('',%20'smid_8')
