Tommy Tuberville stepping down at Cincy

Any commit at WR since we're losing 3 starters, Avery Roberts, Guy Thomas, Deiontae Watts, Ben Miles, and our tight ends

I would go
1) Bama
2) OSU
3) Washington
4) Clemson
with Michigan at 5.
Everyone keeps arguing if Washington should be in, when really I think Clemson should be the team on the edge of their seat. If you look at the entire body of work Clemson lost to Pitt at home, only beat Troy by 6 at home, had to go to OT to beat NC St who missed the GW field goal at the end of regulation, and then they look unimpressive against Va Tech in the conference championship.
As for Penn St, congrats you won the Big 10 championship, you deserve to go to the Rose Bowl which the Big 10 covets anyways. Sorry, but they're not a top 4 team.
Ohio St. absolutely deserves to be in, they destroyed Oklahoma in Norman, beat Michigan, made Nebraska look like a JV team, beat Wisconsin on the road and their one loss is off a blocked field goal taken for a touchdown on the road...
As for Washington, I was impressed with their complete domination of Stanford, beat up a good football team in Washington St at Pullman and dismantled Colorado. One loss is to a USC team who a lot of people believe is one of the 5 best teams in the nation.

Source? Or this just your assumption?

it helps when you are coaching the most talented line in football, but he is a fantastic O line coachOk. I'll bite. Bill Callahan, to coach the offensive line ONLY.
Agree with this. Guy is probably the best offensive line coach in football
He's with the Redskins now, not the Cowboys.

Official. 247 reporting it (the best in the business I might add)
Are you Mike Schaefer?

Has Jim Tressel been spotted in Lincoln again?

oh good, just like why the 49'ers got rid of Harbaugh. That's really worked out for them
-
Because Indiana will most likely promote him to head coach.
-
There has to be more to this because firing him based on performance makes no sense....

WHAT ARE THEY DOING

Think myself and a lot of others could see this coming just from their coaching hires. Seems they only want to hire from within their own conference instead of expanding. For instance Florida and Georgia taking Saban disciples, Missouri promoting their DC and South Carolina.....for whatever reason thinking Muschamp was the best choice.
Even Orgeron at LSU, sure he did well there as an interim, but is that really the best LSU could do after Herman and Jimbo declined?

Butch Jones is running a mess over there in Tennessee. No way I would want him
-
Guess Dykes wants an undeserved pay raise
-
Would say find a spot for him on our staff, but I remember him calling our special teams "well coached"....maybe there's a reason he was fired
Maybe it was well coached, just poorly executed?

Ummmm, aren't #5 through #25 pretty much irrelevant? Well, except maybe for bragging rights I guess.
For a technical answer #5 through 25 can make the difference between who goes to a NY6 bowl or not. Florida St. hopping Louisville at #12 means they'll end up in the Orange Bowl most likely....despite losing 63-20 and everything...

Changing vote to Va Tech

changing vote to Nebraska

Despite these numbers, I felt I saw a more competent QB this year than past.
Would have to argue he looked worse than ever before. Dude was around a 30% completion against Wisconsin, Ohio St. (I know he got knocked out early but we all saw where that was going), and Iowa.

2015 5-7 > > > > > 42% Wins
2016 9-3 > > > > > 75% Wins
Increase in winning percentage (which is what matters it seems to most on this board) of 32%
I would challenge the OP, or anyone else to improve their work performance by 32% in one year.
A 32% increase on one year seems to indicate growth to me. But never let numbers get in the way.
(Now, feel free to compare to Pelini as I know many will.....but the statement wasn't "No growth over Pelini years..." it was simply "2 years - No Growth".)
Well I guess Riley should go 5-7 again next year to make another easy 32% increase

And of course that booster is wearing a big cowboy hat in his profile picture. Don't think this is a bad look for Herman, just comes off as whining from the booster.
