  1. No matter what anyone says Nameless, you're alright
  2. Anyone else notice how many more votes the Husker pages have compared to everyone else? GRB!
  3. Hopefully, so poorly he gets traded to a decent team so I can like him again. After that, he'll be awesome. There's only one reciever in the league right now who will be able to outrun him. As long as he can adjust to the better recievers in the NFL he'll do just fine.
  4. Indeed, we've got Dayne now and you must be blind They gave him a 74, I'm gonna have to go back and see what the specifics are, but I'm real excited by him. Definately more than Maurice. In Wisconsin, Ron was a cut and run player. He'd make the one cut and bull his way down the field. They never ran that way in NY and never would let him but that's our bread a butter. He also held on to the ball, which is something the Giants never could get used to. The man's a beast, and should challenge Mike Anderson for 3rd down HB. Also, I was a little suprised by Ian Gold on our roster, I thought he was still in Tampa. edit: they gave Dayne an 87 break tackle and a 74 strength. I don't quite agree, even without success in NY he's still a giant.
  5. He would look so much better in orange and blue...
  6. Thanks man, I've been waiting for these. Looks like the Huskers are getting some love this year Also of note, Maurice Clarrett on my Broncos is rated at 73. Great physical attributes, but they gave him a 45 awareness, which seems more than fair.
  7. So did Kid Rock, Clapton, and Lenord Kravitz. So it really isn't that impressive. I guess he was the first to date her after she completely re-did her face. Yea, but which of those won 7 TDF's?! See? Lance still > all
  8. He's a bit slow to play tackle, isn't he?
  9. How huge would that be if we took him? Everyone who's at that game, you better do what it takes!
  10. Love the big possession guys. Here's to 'im!
  11. It's definately a potential loss. Like I said in the wake prediction topic I think it's our game to lose. But if we can't stop Bayclay, that's exactly what's going to happen. Their team is even quite a bit like So Miss' from last year. Great running attack and linebackers that will eat you up if you let them. We have the tools now to deal with them but this is going to be their first real test out the gate. I still expect NU to win, but there it is.
  12. The Space Enviroment Center is in Boulder and I'm going to be going over there with the local astronomy club to watch the launch from there. It's gonna rock, not to mention a day off of work.
  13. Not to mention he's hitting Sheryl Crow. Lance > all
  14. Rosie O'Donnell surgicaly seperated into quadruplets.
  15. Completely agree, man. Those red socks were freakin' awesome.
  16. I'm just gonna parrot the guys before me. 1) A freakish arm is not neccessary for the WCO. If he can read a defense and can put the ball where he wants it he'll be set. 2) The coaches know what his weaknesses are and what they need to work on, but we'll know nothing until we see him. I'm really glad we have that first game against Maine so he won't have a huge amount of pressure on him the first game and can come out and show us what he can really do.
  17. I gotta disagree here. I don't see where Zac is going to struggle against this defense. They're definately fast, can't deny that, but Zac is going to pick them apart. Their defense is very inexperienced and small, Ross is going to wear 'em down running up the gut and should make it even easier for Zac to exploit their very young corners. As for Wake's offense, they've still got Barclay, and he's deadly. But they're o-line is spotty at best and the two quarterbacks still fighting for the job have only thrown 5 touchdowns to 7 interceptions. They've also got only one reciever with any experience at all. This will be our game to lose. NU - 28 WF - 10 Zac throws for over 250 and Ross breaks the century. edit: didn't even notice that, no way Beck plays
  18. Cory and Taylor will start. Whether Beck or Lucky pan out is completely up to them, they both have the raw talent to become the backbones of a great offense.
  19. Hmm, let see here... 1) '96 v. Florida 2) '98 USC v. ASU 3) Football...duh 4) BLUE AND ORANGE! 5) Rimington 6) 1995 7) Touchdown Tommie 8) CU God I hate those hippies so much... 9) Carson 10) Yup
