  1. I am so proud of this young man! When I was living in West Texas I had chance to coach this kid when he was just 7 years old. He was my starting Defensive End back then and look where it got him now! He called me and said that he just committed to the University of Stephen F. Austin at Defensive End. Way to go Dylan!

Here is another one of my boys that I also coached that year, Gehrig Scott. He was my MLB and FB back then. Can't wait until I get to watch him play college football on Saturdays as well!

  2. Offense....I am very excited to see us utilize the Tight End position more. In years past, we seemed to forget we even had one on the field.

Defense...I want to see how our defense reacts to the ball. I hate to keep harping on the previous regime but we lacked the simple fundamentals of tackling and reading/reacting to the opposing offenses.

Special Teams....De'Mornay Pierson-El (this needs no explanation)

Man reaches for foul ball, reveals concealed firearm

During Monday night's Astros-Orioles game at Minute Maid park, a fan reached for a foul ball, and in doing so revealed a concealed firearm tucked into his waistband.

He was an off duty cop

The thing about the Cubs this year is that most of their losses have been like that. The other team really had to work for it. I think 5 of their last 6 losses have been by one run.

I know exactly what you mean. Nats wins/losses have been that way as well

Well your pitching was nasty in that game. Wow.

Yeah Scherzer had all of his stuff working last night....See ya guys back in DC in a few weeks
