I was at this game, and this play really bothered me. Not only should the play have been stopped like all of you have mentioned, but the ref that spotted the ball closest to Helu, ruled him down. The only ref that called it a fumble was the ref that was taking an earful from Paul Rhodes. The thing that makes me most mad, is that in that situation where you cant really tell if it was a fumble, isnt it proper to rule in favor of the offense and then go back and review it to check. Plus, they ruled it Neb ball, and then met on the field for an extended period of time of just talking to rule it a fumble. I just feel that the right thing to do would be to rule, on the field, in favor of the ballcarier and then they can review it. Even some of the Iowa State fans thought he was down, and that it was handled pretty weird.

Im giving it to Ciante Evans, he really stepped up and made some big plays after filling in for Dennard. I knew he would be good, but he played lights out today.

I absolutely love their program. The Mike Gundy impression last week was one of the funniest things I hav ever heard on the radio.

They were discussing this on Schick and Nick on 1620 this morning. They basically were just saying that a plane arrived in lincoln from U of Minn this morning

He has played pretty well so far this preseason. He had a pretty good game against Seattle in week 2 of the preseason. He has played pretty well so far though. His best play has been in the passing game whether running the screen or picking up blitzes. Last night after the game, Aaron Rodgers gave him credit for picking up a lot of the blitzes.

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew if gameday was going to be here on October 16th for the Texas game. Me and some friends are planning to go down if they are, but we don't know for sure if they are coming. My instinct says they are, but some certainty would be nice, so we could plan better.

Everyone is talking about staying tuned in to the internet for breaking owa news.I just wanted to inform everyone that you can sign up for espn alerts that will send you a text message with breaking news.They have different categories like scores, nba, nfl, .... and espnu national signing day is one of them, which sends you a message when a top 150 player on espn.com commits, and since owa is currently 17th, it should send an alert when he signs to play for nebraska. Just a thought to make it easier.

it hasnt charged me anything.I have unlimited texting so I don't know if that matters. I get breaking news, packers alerts, suns alerts, and nebraska alerts. Just go to espn.com and i think at the bottom of the page under tools it says espn alerts, just click on that and select what you want
