Is that what you call it when you move on women now Donald?
Does he not know that as President, everything you say/do/tweet/etc., past or present, is always under a microscope?

I mean, why would they? That would be like US Women's soccer team visiting Élysée Palace in France after winning the World Cup.

Is anyone in here actually doing that, though? No one's defending shoplifting. We all just admit it's a minor offense that was met with an inappropriate response.
Did I say people in here were doing that? The OP stated that people elsewhere were portraying them as innocent victims. Were they victims? Definitely! Were they innocent? Well, the evidence we have right now points to no. I was just explaining what the OP was saying in another way (while using a word we've had fun with the past couple months), assuming everything he said is correct.

Basically, people are exonerating the couple because of how the police treated them.

C'mon, man. A 4 year old took a Barbie doll and the guy took a package of underwear. Where in the name of the 8th Amendment is it anywhere close to appropriate for the police to behave the way that they did in response to a 4 year old taking a Barbie?
That's not what he's saying.

I put his post in this thread because it's sexist. And it has nothing to do with soccer, but rather that he was ok watching the World Cup until he found out it was the Women's World Cup. I understand teach was trying to be funny, but he was just sexist instead. See, we're all supposed to laugh because girls were playing.
You can not like a women's sport and the reason not be simply because they're women. There are subtle differences in how men and women play that makes one more or less appealing for someone. It can work the other way too. For example, I like women's volleyball way more than men's.

Does A&M finishing almost dead last in offense for sec concern anyone with Bolt? Fact Moos said he wants someone with head coaching experience and Childress let’s assume is out based on recent tweets. I think Heefner or O’Connor. If assistants are on the table I think Bolt or Arkansas hitting coach Nate Thompson former volunteer coach at Nebraska.
Where have they finished in previous years? Is this a trend or is it just an anomaly?

Classic Trump tactic. His entire presidency he has advertised polls at the top of youtube that read just like that one. One answer is worded to be the most super awesomest thing ever and the rest of the options are worded confusingly and with alot of negative context thrown in.
There was one that I saw for a while that asked how we thought the President was doing and the options were something like Excellent, great, good, above average, and average.

Wow, Paul Gosar is trying really hard to keep up with Jim Jordan, Steve King, Mark Meadows, Matt Gaetz, etc. in terms of grifting...
And I love that he makes sure everyone knows he's a dentist. WTF?!
That's as unbiased of a poll as I've seen

Yeah, because he could throw something besides a fastball
Once they said that he had thrown 17 pitches and they were all fastballs, I understood why he was getting rocked and thought, yup we're screwed

Honestly, how Shanaman came in and got that last out in the 8th, I would have let him go back out there to try and wrap the game up.

This is my thing. It would be great for situations just like this, but at the same time it does seem a bit knee jerk to me. I would rather our constitutional proccesses play out how they should rather than create an entirely new check on the President. Again, it would be fantastic to have in a scenario such as this, but in my opinion it puts us on a slippery slope with future presidents.
That said Trumps entire presidency is a slippery slope.
It makes you wonder if this is just an anomaly or a new normal.

It has its roots in religion. My girlfriend has really been struggling with her faith because she has been discouraged from leadership from some religious friends. As we've done some digging there is a strong culture of this within religion despite the fact its a muddy subject at best in the bible. It's been an interesting journey.
You mean like when girls can't be altar servers because they will distract the boys?

If she would have just stayed with the positives and being grateful for having the luxuries of a first world country, that would be one thing. But this just comes across as the "if you don't like it, then leave" mentality. We can be grateful to be living in America and still want to make it better.
