There were two other Nebraskians at my trivia night in Seattle this week. Was nice to talk to folks from back home.

I hate customer service. Contacting a business to ask if they have any promos for new customers should not turn into a half hour ordeal.

I don't feel like Brady Quinn adds a lot to this experience.
