i think you may be right, t.o. is not the kind of guy to let hard feelings get to him and he is going to do what he feels is best for NU and whatever he says is golden in my book

idk what to think, i know that money is the number one factor in all this, but people are moving out of the rust belt states and heading south, so if we wait it out maybe the big 12 can take advantage of this and get an all conference network (if our commissioner has the balls to stand up to texas!) and we can draw in more money in the future, because you have to look at the future and the future is not as bright for the rust belt states as it is for the south, idk im probably way off here but i think that in ten years the big 12 will be a better fit athletically and financially for the huskers

yea that would be pretty cool, i mean i know that football is king in this thing but the big ten would love to have another dominant basketball program in the conference, that would mean more money in the winter and early spring

i think that moving to the big ten has its advantages for us because in my opinion it is an easier conference to compete in, because right now the only school that year after year is a constant top 10 team is ohio state, and we can come in and be the other team that will compete for the title every year. we are better that Wisconsin and michigan and iowa almost every year. and also that the big ten is more respected than the big 12, and if we join it gives the conference even more respect and there is a better chance that a one loss team in the conference could make the national championship game, and in my opinion we have a better chance to consistently win the big ten than the big 12 because the schedule is not as brutal every year. idk maybe its just me but the more i think about it the more i am starting to like the idea of moving, even if it means i can go to lawrence and manhattan every other year and watch the huskers play, but i will give that up for a better shot at a national championship
