His Dad is thought of as one of the best defensive minds in football for a long time. He basically created the Cover 2 and he is still getting gig after gig because of it. Its not like he did a great job in Oakland, Tenessee, USC...Im sure he can recruit very well though. I think he is in a good spot to succeed unlike the last 3 stops. With that said I cant stand him

No disrespect intended to Monte Kiffin, but he was in the good position of Tony Dungy basically creating the Tampa 2. Monte helped, but I also think he gets more credit than he should.

Fair point but I happen to disagee. Hes like 75 years old and still works in the NFL. Back to the point if it wasnt for him Lane wouldnt have near the opportunities that he has been given.
