I don't think anyone blatantly said they didn't want him. I think some people are cautious because the ASU side of the story seems kind of fishy.

Both were avg. close to 40 Sunday but it was hard to tell if either stood out.

At this point, it all boils down to rebuilding a team as quickly as possible. The tradition won't be effected nor can it ever depleat the Atmosphere. As current student at UNL I understand what your saying though.

Does anyone know whats going on with the ST. They have not been focusing on it as much in practice, and that concerns me. Maybe they are just completely prepared. I just hope that its importance is not forgot and we laps back to the effectiveness of our ST durring BC first year.

They all had equal reps at Sun. practice as well as others. This reporter is just speculating.

I think its a step in the right direction but he really broke down after a minor thumb injury last year. He threw 7 interceptions in the USC game alone. I know USC has a great back field but its not that good. Ill just expect the worst and hope for the best. Just picked up my season tickets and I'm in the third row!

Could you elaborate on this a bit? What I mean is, does it look like he's running without problems? No "hitch in his giddy-up", so to speak? Did he have anything thrown his way, and if so, did he catch it (them)? Did he run good routes? That kind of thing. If the offensive line has made the improvements that we seem to be hearing, having an NFL-caliber tight end is the final, missing piece to the West Coast offense. He deff. does not run as smooth as he used to but it doesn't look like its effecting his proformance. I don't think he'll ever loose that gimp. Prolly 3000 students plus others, All but 3 sections of the east side were filled to the top.

I just got back from watching practice and things look pretty promising. Herian looks like he’s in full strength, and Andre Jones was getting some repetitions without signs of pain. Taylor was threading some needles and running the offense trading with Ganz once in a while. Beau Davis was in for a few plays but didn't show much. Our RB position looks pretty strong with Glenn, Lucky, and Wilson showing their stuff. All very explosive. I was surprisingly impressed with Glenn and expect big things from him. Lawson saw the field a few times at FB. WR all look strong starting with Nunn, Peterson, Swift, and Purify all getting several reps. Nunn is definitely going to be taking a big roll offensively this year. McKeon, Octavien, and Carriker all looked bad ass as usual. McKeon is such animal his name can't even stay on the back of his jersey (see below). Practice started with a huge one on one Oklahoma type drill of just Offensive players taking on Defensive players. There was a lot of intensity which was good to see. They followed by running some plays on the ground, then showed off some of the air attack; both looked well refined. We also got a taste of the new Tunnel Walk which I still can't remove my goose bumps from (see clip). Here are some video clips that I took with my camera, there not very good quality. PRACTICE VIDS New Weight Room Captains all spoke They did a Tunnel Walk were the fans came out with the players on each side. It was fun and corny at the same time. New screens in both the SE and SW pillars, the north ones are empty.

NCAA 07 on PS2 or 360? Played or simulated? I only beat them by 6 in Heisman mode in the Xbox 360 version.

He has interviewed me a few times for golf and he's kind of a tool. He's a diff. kind of person thats for sure.

Don't fret.....He's (Jones) back in practice starting Sunday. We still have Brothers in the back field too if needed, who hasn't been able to show much on the field but is still going to be a great back. I think I'm going to practice on Sun. @ 4pm to take a look and quench my Husker hunger temporarily!

I have quite a bit of stuff (Pennants 70's, 80's, 90's), Pretty much every Huskers Illustrated, a lot of random things, and all of THESE except the last few. Most of them are unopened.

I like the first one, but could you make the font stand out more. Just a thought, maybe no one else agrees. Great job on all three!
